I used to like Crash Bandicoot.

the first three games were a lot of fun

CTR was awesome. I'd buy a proper remake of that in a second(ie. not Nitro Kart, or Tag Team Racing).

I've been praying for Sony to release CTR on PSN for download on PS3/PSP. That would be awesome.

carp yeah, Jet Moto 1 and 2 were carp sweet. I thought about buying them on PSN to play on my PSP.

So I just finished my final bout with FFT:A2. 20+ hours on normal, 10+ on hard and despite loving the gameplay I still can't avoid the fact that every minute is spent looking at the terrible main character design. Its such an eyesore I don't think I'll ever pick the game up again.

Seriously I'm open to most designs and I try to be as lenient as possible when it comes to appreciating this stuff but it seems like some designers are just putting out stupider and stupider carp to test boundaries or something.

I guess I mean to say if a design is bad enough it impends people from carp playing a game they ENJOY its probably not ready for release.

While I'm thinking of it, anyone know of any DS RPGs/ARPGs/SRPGs that let you name the MC outside of the typical list? Looking for less known stuff, not Final Fantasy and DQM:J and the like

Armored Core For Answer has now been changed to the name of Armored Core The Answer for the stateside release.

Armored Core For/The Answer is said to take place around 15 years after Armored Core 4 (this is apparent with one of the AC4 models, White Glint, being in this new Armored Core [presumably the main character's starter mech? storyline-wise, the pilot of AC4's White Glint was definitely younger than 30 years])

They say release will be on September 16 of this year.

While I like giant mecha games with customizable options, I am on the fence on this game.

AC4 had a very cumbersome tuning system, where just a few notches in a particular tuning area can either make or break your custom.

Things like built-in editors allow you to customize your mech with logos or putting the designs on different parts of the robot. I have seen a custom that was designed like the Juggernaut from X-Men before using this editor.

I'll probably most rent it at best, unless it's easier to pick up and play as compared to AC4.

Quick, someone name me good GC games that aren't SSBM(Do Not Want), Mario Kart(Have), Metroid Prime 1&2(Have), MGS: Twin Snakes(Have), and Windwaker(Have). Epic sale on GC games will commence soon, and must know of good games to hunt for.

Twilight Princess? If you haven't already played it and can get it for a decent price I'd say go for it.

Also RE4 if you haven't played that. I personally don't care for the game, but it wasn't a huge hit for no reason.

I honestly cannot think of anything else outside of those two.
