no the graphics are the same as the original, infact so is the menu and everything else.
and its still on ps1 disks, they just put it in a dvd case to match with the rest of the collection

But I don't know why the hell they wouldn't just put MGS1 on a PS2 DVD instead of wasting more cash producing 3 PS1 discs for each set.

i've been playing headquarters/s&d only for the past few days, so i decided to give team deathmatch a try again, look what happened on the very first map i got into B)
oh and i'm not camping out on lvl55 lol, actually the reason i went to team deathmatch was because i needed 103XP points to go prestige
well, i got 1500-something xp just for that map (including match bonus + challenges)

it think the reason its on a mgs ps1 disc is that the used the same dies from 1998, plus a cd rom is still cheaper than a dvd rom.
animations are super smooth. on nitpick is no walk/sneak pace, only run

universe and canon suck, graphics are lol, no voice acting, turn based rpg combat is blah to me at least.

While I'd normally agree with you on this, to be fair, there definitely are some games that I carp hated at first but once I got a few hours into I started to love them.
But yeah, its normally bad design if a game doesn't draw you in instantly. That or its just not something that interests you I guess.
But I don't care what people here say, I still want to play FF7 god damn it.
