Though the bottom line is that it confronts the business' of the black market, the U.S' reaction to vengeance while not only occupying the nation but to bring countless deaths all to justify it shortly after though the justification here is simply revenge and to place a dictator on trail.

- Cod MW2: While not only while why it wasn't explored by many reviewers, the actions of the CIA in the mass killing in the Russian airport does bring in the subject of how the CIA is involved with questionable actions in the past few decades and was a stroke of irony as years prior to mw1, the U.S invaded Saudi Arabia in the name of revenge, here comes the Russians to do the same. While the game was more or less about defending the American homefront and which the secondary villain becoming the ultimate icon of a military occupation force that will become a military based government. It's message of American home defense as well as Russian national pride, there is other ones such as private armies, international enemies, as well as occupation.
