I want to see more before I try to judge it tbh. I do like the idea better than just "flatten everything that isn't already flat enough" for sure, and it does at least look like it'll have a shorter mode to it.

Of all the gimmick drivers Hasbro's put out, this is probably one the better ones by virtue not completely messing up the diver's original design. If Illya's beyblade doesn't end up being Magma Ifrit, I'll probably pick up Dynamite Ifrit. I just hope it's actually good. I'm tired of getting burned by Hasbro and Takara TOMY, when it comes to "I" beys.

I'm honestly looking forward to it, especially with the possibility of 2-in-1 drivers. I also hope we get plenty of Hasbro exclusives, as we only got Dullahan for SpeedStorm.

I was in the mindset of setting things straight, knowing how these things work apparently far better than you do (as do the others in the thread that have also called you out for being wrong, I've simply been the loudest and most thorough). There's several people I've been talking to on Discord to back that claim up, if you really want to see what was going on in my head. Heck, ask Hakaishin, he's there. Still, when I have things to set right I don't like to back down, so why would I end it when there's mistakes to be fixed? The answer is because I'm getting nowhere with you, so I might as well save both of our time instead of beating against a wall of stubbornness harder than Minecraft's Obsidian.

This seems unlikely to me, as it does look like sharp tips exist here instead of being flattened out so badly. That's a major reason who Speedstorm wasn't always great, not just the taller heights.

I'm in no mindset. I've seen your perspective of Hasbro's Burst line. In fact, this perspective has in plain view for 5 years, now. I'm merely offering another perspective; one that, for some reason or another, triggers you. Heck, you even admitted that it would be possible in your attempts to claim it impossible.

Regarding the new Quad drive system; I am very skeptical after the debacle of Speed storm. Hopefully Hasbro can pull up its metaphorical socks this time.
To be honest, I don't have many high hopes for QuadDrive. I'm just gonna wait until official pics are dropped to make an opinion.
Also, kinda impressive how an argument over something very simple has spanned several pages. (I'm not saying that it's bad, I'm just genuinely impressed, as I've never seen a discussion between a few people reach that magnitude on a forum like this)

Anyway, I'm curious about the armor. As a fan of Beyblade customization, I am curious if there's any potential cross-compatibility. Doesn't look like the blade's gonna have it, but the armor appears to be very similar to Takara TOMY's armor in the right places. Unfortunately, I don't have a DB bey, so Youtube videos is all I have to go off of. We'll just have to wait and see.

It looks like it's got a totally different shape to what TT uses near where they would connect, so I really doubt that they'd be cross-compatible at all.
