It used to be that most were just straight up imports of Takara TOMY beys.  In some cases, Japanese bladers were known to import Hasbro beys because they had better parts than their original counterparts.  However, looking at things now...

If i remember correctly, Hasbro's always been considered a kind of cheap knockoff due to the foggy and soft plastic it used instead of the clear and hard one tt beyblades have. Same for the performance tips, solid colors for Hasbro and translucent (most of the times) for tt drivers. So it's not a new thing, the fact is that hasbeys reached a whole new bottom-level-trashy status with everything that's happening since Turbos (who weren't as near as bad looking and poorly performing as speedstorm beys). A slow decline who doesn't seem to stop anytime soon.

Still hate that World Helios..

Achilles looks great, for Hasbro. And I like the colours of World Evo Helios (and driver choice is good). However, the lack of paint, parts, etc. make me underwhelmed.

 

Memes aside, these look terrible (world helios could work with those colors but the detail is bad) and I can't even praise them for using the right disk on one bey because the fact people have to do that in the first place is just downright sad.

I do hope for Wave 4 (which is extremely likely the last wave for Surge since they can just move Demise (Solomon) to Hasbro's DB), that they just have a 2-pack that has the Infinite Shield, maybe they do Infinite Shield Uranus? Since we know Origin Achilles already uses the First ring.

Just hoping they have good slopes and aren't too bad or at least that they're fun to use

As for what the system is, the listings come with "BEY QD" assortments, so the letters q and d are likely in the name of the system.  Still, very exciting with new beys all around, even in the dual packs.  Baldarov might be a Baldur from Hasbro or an exclusive, but overall very excited for these releases.

The drivers look even weirder than speedstorm, the mf's brought back ifrit and baldur, and the layers look weird as heck. And what the hell is a Lynwyrm? Took me multiple attempts to spell it properly.

Btw for those wondering DB disks are in the Wheel-SP situation, it is the same but it is modified to be smoler there's still the gap like before.
