After trying again, I found a way, and it seems Hasbro already has all the names for future releases that are known and unknown, changed and trademarked. Go here to the page to see all the names.

Seems like Hasbro does have the intention of releasing Baldur, as there is a changed version of the name (Baderov) among all the other Hasbro names (and more), which is good news! Amaterios is also in there, so maybe Amaterios too? Tons of new names, including "Ifritor", which is interesting for the fact we got Samurai Ifrit already, so another Ifrit bey?

Anyways, I'll leave the rest of the names for you guys to find and enjoy Wink

Anubion? Phantazus?
Are we getting foreshadowed for an Anubis release before TT even says anything?
And wth, Phantazus??
What is with these names?
Oh well, the kids who are blissfully unaware of beyblade burst in Japan won't know the difference.
But for us, ohhhhhh man. MUTINY!!!
But it seems like they are releasing Baldur and Amaterios so I guess it's not all bad.

I looked up Phantazus, and apparently "Phantasos" is a god of surreal dreams. Then again, Hasbro's other names barely resemble the things the layers are based on, so it could be something else entirely.

Idk why but the app keeps crashing whenever I try to play in the actual battle
Ugh. Hasbro never, ever changes. Even knowing the trademark restrictions, they could have come up with much better names...
Ugh. These names are really bad. Like... really bad. They just aren't needed at all.

Also, I can't get the app yet Unhappy
These names remind me of the names in GOTEM (a board game that I made back in 2012 and that I´m still making).
Thanks for the summary bigdaddyjoe (lol). I would be careful about assuming that "X2" would be added even if there was no Basic equivalent. I would expect, for example, that Zillion Zeus would be just Zeutron. It's possible it could be Zeutron Z2, but we don't know yet.
These names sound like North European adaptions of Transformers (if this makes any sense though). I'm not disappointed about the names, just a bit confused with some of them.
But: If the acutal Dual Layers are released with "Name Letter2" I'm little disappointed though. That's just super lazy.

Well, whatever, I can call my Beyblade whatever I like to, so, it's not really that much of a problem. A lot more interesting is the quality and the parts of Hasbro's releases. 'Cause you know... Hasbro.
But I'm definitely up for some great recolors, for me personally Hasbro released some of best recolors with some of their series.

Can you please, or anyone else here, explain the Dual Layer system and 'Name Letter 2' versions of beyblades in burst? Upgraded versions of the beyblade or a different model?
The actual Burst releases are "prototype beys", just like the Pre-HWS series of MFB, so the exclusive Takara releases before Metal Fusion.
There's actually no real difference. The "old" Burst beys have colored plastic and on top the clear plastic cover. The "newer" ones have a different design, so the colored plastic parts also stick out and are part of the contact points. That's actually everything.
The layers can't be detatched, so I don't really understand Takaras intention to rename the Layer.

I don't know if it's fair to call them prototypes. They're real products that were released. But it's definitely a softer push compared to the Dual Layer releases.

BTW, the pre-Hybrid Wheel System Beys are called Metal System.

Dual Layers are like the second generation of the original layers. They work the way the "Galaxy" fusion wheel(from galaxy pegasus) was the evolution of "storm" from storm pegasus. They are a single complete part, with no interchangeability between layers(so there will never be a "storm valkyrie" or "victory spriggan.") They work with disks and drivers exactly the same way as the earlier layers do. They are called dual layers because both the clear plastic of the layer, AND the colored plastic make contact with the opposing beys, whereas before, only the clear plastic did this.

As far as the naming goes, for Hasbro, it looks like they did away with TT's prefixes (i.e. Victory Valkyrie), and opted to just put _2 after the name to signify that it's a dual layer. So "Valtryek" is the original layer, and Valtryek V2 is the dual layer.

Hope this helps!
I think DrigerGatling is saying that the original Burst beys are somewhat similar to the Pre-HWS beys.
Maybe so, but the Basic layers are in the Hasbro Burst app. This gives us that they might release the Basic layer beys.
I just laughed so hard and cried at the same time when I read the new names. They sound so weird and I think there was no reason for Hasbro to rename these Beys. I just hope they don´t rename the disks and drivers, too. Hopefully they don´t give the Beys random recolors.
I actually would like that! Imagine it: Valtryek and Valtryek V2? I love it!

Sorry to say it looks like they did, giving them something like production codes rather than their regular names Unhappy
To be honest, despite my hating of the names like everyone else, I'm pretty happy that they're releasing single layers. Lets all just appreciate that for a moment.
I feel like Hasbro would be missing out on a goldmine if they didn't do the BeyLogger

We don't know this is true.
But if they do release the original layers, who's to say that they won't mess with the weight or the teeth?
I find the app to keep crashing, I know its probally cause its new and all, or its just me. Is anyone else having this problem?
Huh. The Hasbro names sound a little noobish tbh. Not very fond of them but they don't seem bad. Not hard to pronounce tho. Unicrest? What the.. xD

This is just speculation. If anything, it would be likely that they would fix the teeth, not worsen them.
