No, not just for Canada. The article says August for North America, so Canada and the US will most likely get them at the same time.

HobbyLink? Wouldn't shipping be extremely slow? I don't think they offer EMS

Oh I just wanted to buy a stadium that's like $20
HobbyLinkJapan is a great store if it has the stock. Shipping is EMS or your choice, I cannot remember, but it was certainly very quick and reasonably priced.

I wouldn't exactly agree. In the thread for Team Lupus(in my sig), despite obviously referring to the wolf constellation/latin word for wolf, Lupus, a member still accused us of naming our team after the disease. And with cancer being as mainstream of a disease as it is, hearing your children shout things like "GO KILLER CANCER" can be a little unsettling.
Heh, or Death Cancer, would love how that turns out.

Thanks Kai-V for the info
Also in addition to their low prices and multiple shipping choices they also do pre orders for upcoming releases. And they have lots of other japanese toy products so you can bundle your beyblade with other stuff.

Just checked HLJ out, actually it's pretty cheap. I may buy from them now XD
There are tons of very inexpensive options that I really highlighted in the "Where to buy Beyblade Burst from Japan" topic, and yet people still seem to purchase from eBay or expensive places like that.

I usually bought from eBay because of shipping really. I would buy from a US seller and get the bey in two days tops. Didn't really know about EMS shipping until a few months ago.
You say that but i've never found to actually be expensive. Here's a comparison of the cheapest prices between four of the sources on that thread and ebay:

Odin Central Blow :

Ebay: $13.50 including shipping
Nippon-Yasan: $14.45 without shipping
Amazon: $18.85 including shipping
Oki: 1200 yen ($11.30) without shipping
HLJ: 640 yen ($6.03) without shipping

Here's a comparison for Wyvern Armed Massive:

Ebay: $16.35 including shipping
Nippon-Yasan: $17.82 without shipping
Amazon: $18.32 including shipping
Oki: 1800 yen ($16.96) without shipping
HLJ: 1120 yen ($10.56) without shipping

So ebay kinda outdid them all apart from possibly HLJ but with HLJ old products usually get discontinued as is the case with the two here so you can't get older items. The only other which might have been better is buying from Toy'r'us but they are also discontinued there from what I found. Also i'd like to point out ebay is really quick and easy to use and I don't have to sign up for anything because i'm already on there.

Cool, I do not know if that was always the case since the beginning of Beyblade Burst though. And Rakuten is also as inexpensive as HobbyLinkJapan.
yeah rakuten is really cheap... especially if you use buyee
Okay but that would still incur extra fees that would probably bring it to around the price on ebay though.
Not really with Rakuten Global, although it does cost more if you buy only one item, I suppose, especially because EMS is more expensive due to the recent earthquakes.
Unless i'm searching for the wrong thing (just beyblade with the language at english) then there doesn't seem to be much burst on there. Also the search function is terrible (when I search beyblade with another keyword it just brings up everything for beyblade)
It sounds like you are not searching on the right website.

For buyee: if you choose the standard plan yeah but if you choose the light plan you only pay 150 yen extra

What's next? Deathscyther to JustAsleepSword?

Surprised you find that weird. It's obvious why they would change names that resemble 1) an illness, 2) a religious reference, and 3) actual killing and death.

Won't be surprised if Deathscyther is localized to Darkscyther.

But we did get Death Quetz, and I don't know what Dark (in D2) would be replaced with.

Well, let's see in August.

I got this for D2:
Devious/Deceiving/Drake/Danger Darkscyther

BOOM! *mic drop*

You can buy from US sellers on eBay(which is actually not the best way of getting them) for around 20 to 30 bucks. I can't wait to go get one for like 10 bucks.
They'll mainly be at Walmart and toysrus, right? Don't have a single burst bey yet, excitedEee
