Could you please tell me the exact address of that Target?
Try the Target that is closest to you, if they don't have it, try going to the second closest and if they don't have it try looking for it the next day. oh and I found mine at the Target on I-45 Conroe, Texas

Elite Valtryek V3 is not Strike God Valkyrie. It's just a challenge blade where you need to get it at lvl 5 before time runs out through online battles.
