That´s sad. I think I really have to buy a new phone then. Mine isn´t even compatible with Pokémon Go. I hope at least Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Lite is compatible with the Beyblade Burst app. Unhappy
You can see compatible models here: http://www.hasbro.com/en-us/brands/beyblade/

Maybe that's a hint? I would guess so due to the fact Hasbro is doing a soft release.
Nice to see some actual news. We'll see if it shows up there!
Oh man, now I'm even more tempted to go! Eee

We've heard mention of 2-packs. If mfb is anything to go by, the series 1 beys might be released in those.
Oh my gosh! Now I'm sad I won't be going to Fan Expo, since I'll be in New York City. I would love to see Beyblade stuff there.

I'll settle for scouring the Times Square several floor Toys 'R' Us.

Looking at some of the Layers from the game (Odax, Nepstrius, Unicrest, etc.), they kinda remind me of the main beyblades from the Metal Fusion 2-packs, like that ugly Pegasis with the yellow highlights. :P
It would be awesome if they made the Two packs like they had them in Metal Fusion through Fury (the 2-pack recolors were the best part of metal fury TBH :P), because the Shogun Steel 2-packs were kinda lame. Although if that was the only way to get them that would be pretty lame.
But then again, Hasbro is about as predictable as a moving car on the highway full with live spiders crawling around inside it, so who knows. :P
Thank you for the news EnderBlader. Grin I hope they´ll show some pruducts there. Smile
I wish they'd incorporate selling random boosters as stores in a simple mystery pack. Similar to those minecraft keychain guys where you don't know what you get. Make the packaging better so people can't just steal them easily but sell the random boosters everywhere beyblades are sold.

I think the real reason is that they don't think they would sell well to a more international audience. (And I agree — I don't think there's a big market for $10 blind packs of spinning tops beyond the most hardcore enthusiasts, which likely exist in greater proportion in Japan.)

Hmm, I don't know! If that's the case and that was their stance then I'm obviously ok with it, but I actually would see a surge of those purchases after people have bought all the beys they can in the normal packages. If there was a chance at some rare, exclusive beys in random boosters that weren't sold normally then I'd be buying a two or three a week! Kind of like booster card packs after one has bought enough decks.
Card games attract more dedicated players than Beyblade (which is primarily a mainstream kid's toy), and $4 for ten cards (or so) is a more attractive deal to most people than $10+ for a spinning top. And unlike with card games, there's little value in having multiples of parts (unless you use them a ton or really like recolors).

If Hasbro keeps releasing random booster prizes as basic releases, I'm happy. Japanese RBs are available for people who want them.
I don't think there is much appeal to a casual audience with them, kids are going to want the beys in the show. While more hardcore fans like us would actually buy the random boosters, Hasbro probably doesn't think that demo is big enough to make it worth it. Although, Lego does it with their minifigs and they seem to be selling pretty well.
All this talk about blind bag beyblades reminds me of these:

I saw these in my stores once, and they ran for about 8 USD (a little pricey for a blind bag). But it came with an entire launcher and everything. I thought they were pretty neat but I don't think they sold well as they were in my store for a while.

Ey, they made for decent test dummies for Plastics since they fit onto ez shooters.

While they're on my mind, I do hope Hasbro releases the S series remakes as starters.
(or release them in general)
Guys I just called my local trus and the guy said that they don't sell Beyblades anymore since they were a safety hazard

I really doubt that guys info.

This is obviously untrue since the product is going back on the market, and there isn't a single instance of Beyblade being involved with a safety incident.

Unless someone from a store tells you a date they're getting Beyblade Burst in (for real), or you've seen it in stock somewhere, there's probably no need to post what stores tell you here.
Yeah one of my TRU's said that they "don't have them and wont be getting them for a long time". They just want me to stop bugging them. Keep dreaming you lazy fools!
