Actually it’s not a translation error because the number 10 is written in the description in standard numeral. It seems like Ranjiro and Shu will be excluded because Ranjiro is seemingly going to have his bey destroyed by Lane while Spriggan isn’t coming out until October.
I thought all of S Rank and A Rank will be in the Legend Festival. And were only getting 10 bladers.

well if both of the groups have 5 bladers each and group A has Hikaru, Drum, Sisco, Lui and Lane that means that group B will have Hyuga, Aiga, Valt, Free, Shu right?
Hyuga, Rantaro, Valt, Free, Aiga. Since they're making this group do a battle royale in two weeks there's no way we will see Shu.
Group B is definitely a little stronger.

We still don't know if shu is participating or not but most likely if shu is participating he will come at the 26th till 28th episode of sparking
So let me get this straight:
Round 1: Hikaru vs Hyuga vs Lane
Round 2: A block battle
Round 3: B Block battle (interrupted)
Round 4: Hikaru and Aiga vs Hyuga and Lane
Round 5: Free vs Valt (?)
So are they actually sticking to blocks the whole way through, or are they just doing random battles?
Prediction for chapters
CHAPTER 6
Lucifer is knocked out of the stadium. The brothers win, and Lane is mad and leaves. After this Hikaru and Hyuga want to get even stronger, and luckily Drum comes around wanting to battle. He battles Hyuga first and wins. He goes to battle Hikaru, however he remembers he has to leave to prepare for the festival. Hyuga and Hikaru are a bit confused, but then remember the festival like Drum said and are excited for it.
CHAPTER 7
Hyuga and Hikaru are at the battle stadium and pumped up. While trying to train using heavy weights and stuff, they meet Aiga. The brothers are interested, so Aiga shows them all that Achilles can do in a test launch. For the first battle Hikaru,Hyuga, and Lane will have a rematch. Lane quickly crushes them and the brothers are feeling down, however they're pumped up to see group B's match, which Aiga wins. After the match everyone's excited to see the next one, and Hyuga is shocked to learn he'll be teaming up with Lane to go against Hikaru and Aiga!
CHAPTER 8
The battle starts and Hyuga and Lane are getting crushed, but Hyuga cant convince Lane to work together with him. Achilles goes for a big attack on Lucifer, and Hyperion blocks the attack. Lane is a bit surprised, however he decides to work with Hyuga for the rest of the match. Hyuga and Lane win. The next match is Valt vs Free, and after insane battle, Valt comes out on top. After this Valtis feeling happy and goes for a walk, and runs into Shu, who's just created his new Spriggan.
well since this festival is a 2 stage my guess is shu's a second stage participant. from the episode description it's seem that the first stage will going till September 4 . spriggan us October so I guess that's how their doing it and beys has been appearing earlier than usual anyway I'm intrigued on the second stage more now what's the rules this tournament might be the best an burst . lol hyuga got thrown into one headache group with if shu was in it would've been to much of a busted group as it is to much lions lol
I'm surprised Shu is not participating but will most likely see him later on.
My my editor just got discontinued, meaning whenever I go to the website to use it it no longer works. Among other things I can no longer finish the Sparking translation sadly, and I did actually want to. However you can still enjoy Sparking a lot without translation.
