Because it's campaign for Corocoro Comic. Not for Anime.
And in Corocoro, already finished vs Delta and if it's Delta, it's not seacret.
Why it's not new character because release plan is already full by legends and there isn't space for new character.

I would agree but the thing is, we’ve never actually seen Shu in that pose yet so I have my doubts.
honestly it's more people got to excited when you look at the tweet again . it didn't said a new character and it seems to be a special wallpaper that alone was the hint for us that it's not about a new character but instead a special wallpaper. plus their using this to hype first Uranus although that one is weird since we alresay everything about it but can't complain that's simply marketing.. I'm not disappointed cause it was never anything big we just misunderstood the tweet their defently could be a surprised though . their really pushing lean/lane connections with shu alot poor fubuki and boa didn't get that much attention lol

Honestly, on the bright side we get the new corocoro on the 15th which will probably have news about the triple booster and next starter/booster so I’m still very excited.
