It translates to 3,000+ people are talking about this topic. You'll have to actually check the twitter page to see the amount of retweets it has.

We'll either get it later today after aiga's campaign tweet is finished or we get it tomorrow.

Of course there is going to be Drum, it will probably just be a day before it hits 3k.

sad there’s less drum hype.at least we should be getting the Aiga silhouette tonight ,assuming we can get 100 more retweets before or during when it’s the morning for Japan.
