That doesn't really mean anything... The time it lasts depends of the money they invest into the series... The strandard time in animes is arround 22 minutes... Don't hope for 30 minutes at any moment...
Otherwise, they seem to take this 5th season very seriously, idk if they'll take it back on TV Tokyo (it asks a lot of money to publish your series on the TV) but we can hope for 22 minutes episodes... But there's always a chance that they think that a 12 minutes format is a good way to save money

I was actually kinda expecting a multi-mode layer/disc/driver systems where the beyblades will have various different effects in them depending on what mode is being used.
The modes should be drastically different enough to make it more fun to play, say a modified wide ultimate reboot, with accel sized standard tip and max evolution sized reboot tip, as well as modifications to the Valkyrie layer where it will have various attack patterns.
Oh well, now that we have a sparking component, I should expect the battles will be, aesthetically pleasing.
Anyway, I’ve yet to see translations to the one page that was shown to us.

If the blue guy does have that white blade, it could be like some daichi and Tyson type relationship maybe

No look closely at the valkyries chip and the white beys chip they're definitely different so maybe it could be based off of Valkyrie but some type of different variant so i think this'll be the Third bey released off along with the Sun Bey and Brave Valkyrie

upon a second look the white bey has a chip that does not fit as an Air Knight evolution bey.

The golden Chip could be for a defensive "clone" of Valkyrie, since we have Achilles for Balance, Knight for Stamina, and Valkyrie or possibly the sun motif Bey for Attack. Or it could just be the new Achilles Chip.
