Honestly, I think it has a vertical chip, since the Death ring is on an angle around 90° off compared to the Death Diabolos layer.

So I looked at the image. The contact points seem slightly different. Maybe this is an evolution to Death and Abyss since they were basically Surge versions of Venom or Erase. Maybe it’s a Surge version of Master

Since the main protagonist is usually the first release, is it safe to say that the booster in may is Valtryek since other than a random booster no core releases are coming April

Well there's a launcher and stadium but I think it's safe to say that stadium is gonna be like the Dash Stadium and they like to release the same launcher with a longer string each series so you may be right.

personally I don't want Valt or any other character returning this season, we've already had the return of several characters loved by fans in Sparking, this season I want new characters in a completely new story.

Will never happen. People whine and complain too much when fan favourites (including their Beys) are missing. Lord Spriggan threads were full of "IS iT owNeD by SHU?!!?!" over and over again.
I'm ready for them to give other Beyblades attention and move on (maybe just give us Valkyrie and Spriggan because fans would cry without them). If they want to upgrade a Beyblade, I'm OK with it having a new owner, but please be something we haven't upgraded already. It could be Unicorn, Behemoth, Kukulcan, Jinnius, Salamander or Garuda. Any of them.
I just don't need 3/4 of the releases to be the same upgrades. Let's let: Achilles, Ragnaruk, Longinus (as much as it hurts me), Dragon, Diabolos, Helios, Hyperion, Spriggan and Valkyrie (never happening) take a break.

Everything you've said right here, I completely agree with. This right here is why I can't stand it when someone complains that there won't be another Spriggan, when they're
clearly going to make another evolution to Spriggan as much as they're going to make another Valkyrie.
Remember that time Beyblade Burst God supposedly claimed that Spriggan Requiem was going to be the "final evolution"? Well that sure didn't last, as three more Spriggans have come since hah.
I remember in Cho-Z, GT and Sparking, fans were worried that Spriggan won't make a return but as we've seen throughout Burst's six systems, Valkyrie and Spriggan have always been a part of the series with new upgrades. I can understand if people speculated beys like Kerbeus, Chronos, Unicorn or Zeus not getting an upgrade as they're not as likely candidates to get ones, but Spriggan? There's always gonna be more (though who knows what the next series has to offer).
spriggan is most likely coming back it's literally the dranzer to the dragoon valkyrie lol .the come as a pair with or without having an owner in the anime. as for a new story you guys should not get your hopes up. burst is more kids their just going to give a new main, a new main rival , a New villain and side main friend a repeat the same thing . 3 sub system mid season evo like for cho z , gt and sparking an called it a day . even if the don't do a longinus or fafnir they'll repeated their gimmicks into new base/ring with different names and everyone will fall for it lol. as for new random I don't know how I feel about it
