That wouldn't really make sense no matter how they would go about it though unless Valt was straight up mind controlled. Valt is not the person that would ever do something like that, especially after what he did to his best friend, Shu, as well as all the other children he made suffer. Valt isn't the type of person to do mean spirited things.

also,Takara wouldn't trademark a name in the month of the release of said beys,TT always register them in like, 2/3 months of antecedence.

Slash Valkyrie and Dead Phoenix are probably long gone concepts now. Dead Hades is already the “Dead” bey and Strike Valtryek is already sV by Hasbro’s terms. It’s technically impossible for Tomy to give Valkyrie another S after Strike or give two beys Dead.

I’m pretty sure takara tomy does not need to follow Hasbro’s terms. Hasbro also uses their own abbreviation system (v2, v3, etc), and the actual way to distinguish two beys of the same system and motif would be the entire name with the system number.
I feel dead Phoenix could be a new bey or a recolour ,slash Valkyrie,I feel it’s just cho z Valkyrie or maybe a new Valkyrie for next season,there isn’t going to be 3 Valkyrie in one season
Also maybe in December starter ,Aubrey dead Phoenix ,a combo of Phoenix and hades,following the trend that the 2 main beys belong to the same person,also because Phi lost some hype.but then where would the(possibly) new Achilles go

For all we know Slash Valkyrie could very well be a new season Valkyrie but wow we are on six Valkyries so far. Having three in one season would be absolutely crazy.
Why does Dead Phoenix reminds me of Synchrome system ( from Zero-G ) , ( a Synchrome between Dead Hades and Revive Pheonix ) ?
It would be cool if we had a synchrome system in burst kind of like the Duo Apollos
