I don’t think the 1S, 1B and 1A are there fo show what type of bey it is. I feel like it’s either the name of the chasis or the name of the chip core.

It could be, that’ll actually be better then. If it is a frame that means the Wh part is a new driver

I don't think that's the case. It seems like Wh is a disc since you can see the abbreviation on the disc notch.

The battle set version of the blue bey has gold parts instead of silver, we haven’t seen the battle set version of the red bey. If it does include launchers (which if probably will) it’ll be great since it’ll have a right and left spin sparking launcher, or it could just include a normal launcher which I hope not.

I'm guessing that Super Hyperion is going to have silver instead of gold so it's kind of like a switch.

I don’t think Super Hyperion will look good with silver instead of gold, even tho it’ll probably happen. The previous 2 battle sets have included the normal beys but a translucent version of them. I wonder if these will be translucent.
It’s most likely the Chassis...

Wait actually you’re right. I just checked the image myself and you can see the Disk/Chasis has the abbreviation “Wh” on the new Ragnaruk image.

 So I guess R is not the driver and instead is the frame. The 1A, 1B and 1S parts could be the drivers then, right?
If Wh is a disc, it could be "Whirl" or "Whirlwind". Not sure what Zn could be, though. Maybe "Zone"? 🤔

Super Hyperion Xc 1A

King Helios Zn 1B

Glide Ragnaruk Wh R 1S

Brave Valkyrie ????
For Super Hyperion:
Chip core = 1A
Ring  = Super
Chip = Hyperion
Chasis = Xc
Driver = unknown

For King Helios:
Chip core = 1B
Ring  = King
Chip = Helios
Chasis = Zn
Driver = unknown

For Glide Ragnaruk:
Chip core = 1S
Ring  = Glide
Chip = Ragnaruk
Chasis = Wh
Driver = R

I’m probably wrong about this but this is my idea of what type of parts they’re
Wh is Ragnaruk's Disk, Xc is Hyperion's Driver, and Zn is Helios's Driver. The Disks on Hyperion and Helios don't have abbreviations. I think that the Chip cores aren't going to have names, like the God Chips. I think the Chassis would be the part described by 1Attack, 1Balance, and 1Stamina.

You’re probably right, they didn’t name the god chips so there would be no point of naming theses chip cores like you said. Hopefully I get some of my ideas right lol
The chip cores could have names, and I feel that darkelmz could very easily be right. Magnum, and polish didn't have abbreviations on the prongs, so that could very easily be the case.

Thats literally what i said as in 1a attack chassis

The thing is that the Disks don't have abbreviations, beybladevcrv.com doesn't include disk abbreviations in the combos of Hyperion and Helios, and Helios's Disk is shown to be packaged with the Chassis rather than having the Layer be fully assembled. The Disks for those two are probably combined with the Chassis or only usable with them.
Okay, that works
I think they’ll give the chassis part a name, since it’s basically a disk but it is combined with the layer. Maybe the chassis name are 1A, 1B and 1S
I’ve been trying to look back and forth between the leaked pictures for information and it’s really difficult to figure out why the Brave Valkyrie .jpg has four metal pieces inside it and discs like Wh seem to have no battle frame at all.
It may not look lit, but I can only see Glide Ragnaruk’s four metal prongs and think, hang on, there’s no bottom connection for the four metal prongs to the disc.
Now that some of the images from the past months are missing due to copyright avoidances, I can only build on one assumption.

The layer requires a weight in order to match the weight of a GT bey while also being equipped with whatever kind of disc it can be equipped with. Without a weight, the Sparking layer is outclassed by a GT layer. If what is true is the sparking disc connects to the layer using the four prongs, how will the layer survive against GT beys by using a last generation forge disc?
sorry i'm totally not following (re: understanding) allot of the discussion, but maybe answering this one question would help me out if you don't mind:

are the traditional metal discs, that burst has been using this whole time, being replaced with a piece called "chassis"?

The Chassis seems to be a replacement of the GT Base. Glide Ragnaruk is shown with a Wh Disk, possibly called Whirlwind.
Something noticeable about Hyperion and Helios: the tabs of their Discs have no letters on them, whereas you can clearly see Wh's initials in Glide Ragnaruk's image. Given that Glide Ragnaruk is the only bey with a confirmed Driver, I'm inclined to think that perhaps Xc and Zn are Disk/Driver hybrids that use the same metal part with initial-less tabs (kinda like how Hy and Ig' use the same plastic body), but that would completely contradict the image of King Helios in its plastic packing we saw leaked beforehand where it had a traditional Disc and Driver... so I dunno. I don't think the answer is that the Chassis replaces the Discs either given that Wh appears to be a Disc all on its own and that image still shows a Chassis so... this is all confusing. I'm sure it will all be explained in the CoroCoro pages though, so spending too long thinking about it with the answer potentially days away may be a waste of time lol.

Speaking of the Chassis, the names are for them really weird. I'm glad we don't have to memorize any more kanji, but 1A, 1B, and 1S feel more like... internal codenames for testing as opposed to an actual name for an actual part. Like, even the Weights in GT had actual names. If the letters actually stand for anything, then what does the 1 in the initial mean? Again, it makes no sense.

Also Glide Ragnaruk is super ugly. The ugly silver Chip, the ugly dorito-shaped Ring, the weird decision to make said Ring three-sided, and the clear plastic on the wings which looks super out of place on the predominantly opaque-orange Ring... I'm fairly unhappy with it. I also think it's really confusing that Hyperion and Helios have essentially the same design but mirrored for their Chips is confusing, but they look better than Glide Ragnaruk at least so... whatever lol.

I personaly love the bey designs, super and king look like they got some things from other beys, but I like their designs overall. I dont think the chips are confusing, considering the stand out difference is acolor and that would be pretty easy to see imo. gold king helios doesnt look gud though imo. I'd rather get the booster with grey parts instead of gold. I like the 3 wings, but I hope they do actually help in in battle rather than be glorified paper weights, but we'll have to wait and see.
Glide Ragnurak looks amazing, I'm glad they changed the design up.
I feel like no one really clarified this, but Helios is left spin. I only saw one comment about it, so I thought I would quickly reinforce the subject.

Awesome beys. The new Fafnir looks bomb. So far they have useful parts. I'm lookin forward to the 2 launchers. I hope I can get the light blue bey Smile now we just need to find out the name of the bey with the white base
There’s also this image which seems like it’s a Longinus Evolution. It looks like a mixture of Bloody Longinus and Zwei Longinus
