It is clearly Sparking, the text on Vocare that reads "Cho-Ō, Super King, Sparking" is clearly supposed to be the explanation of the pun in the kanji and title. Please don't start a repeat of the Cho-Z vs. Super-Z confusion.

Am I allowed to speculate only short thoughts? Because I am thinking about the comic book CGI render of Brave Valkyrie, perhaps the red blade beneath the blue blade is actually a piece of the sparking forge disc, which attaches to the layer and turns it into a part of the layer itself.
