I bet the poster could feature more returning bladers as they would make more hype for who’s in the Legend Festival like I can see more anime hype for Delta and others like Gwyn, Phi, Wakiya. Maybe even Boa can make Balkesh look powerful again after Blindt made it weak last season

Tempest is a bit basic (charge and 1A being reused, technically charge metal but still), but with that combo of parts it should be a solid attacker.
So they're adding more metal to an already metal driver lol. Now we're going to have 3 different versions of Charge. The original, Ch', and Cm. Imagine a Cm'.

I am kind of glad we are not getting a sparking Spriggan in this set, just because of how much people would have to pay to get the good parts out of Spriggan. Tempest dragon is cool and I am ok with the other bey parts for the most part. 11’ and Wv are certainly interesting parts as well. Glad to see Goku being released here as well. I cannot wait to see what these beys look like.

Makes sense that Tempest Dragon has 1A. Both kinda have four main contact points (Ace has four main ones, same with Imperial).

True, they could seriously pull a (Ranjiro's) Glide Ragnaruk on us. That or do what they did back in MFB's RB Vol.8, where we had one main prize bey (Jade Jupiter), as well as several other mini prize beys that appeared in the anime (Screw Lyra, Screw Fox, Forbidden Eonis, Hell Crown). That alone made it one of my favourite Random Boosters, even though I know a lot of people aren't that fond of it.
I really hope Burst will pull something like that on us, it would be really cool.

I was thinking more of a vol 21 death and abyss Diabolos sort of thing but what you said basically works too.
