Hmm. High Xtend+ might be meta. Xtend+ used to be meta in sparking, but now that discs are really low bearing is basically Xtend+ but better on them. High Xtend+ could bring it back into the meta. Interesting. The over disc is also a really nice disc for people who don’t have the astral customize set. The layer looks like a prefect circle with tiny little spikes around it, kinda like a move of maximum Garuda and variant Lucifer but less spikes and not as wide. I don’t think this blade will be that good cause of the spikes, but it’s a wait and see kind of thing.

Having the Ov disk is fine, I really like Ov, although I was hoping for more given that this likely the final opponent bey. I know Phoenix and Genesis didn't have new parts for their mid-evolution either, but they had entirely new beys for their first beys, while Rashad used a Valkyrie recolour.
That driver sorta looks like Xtend+, a High variant? Okay? So if this is an Overdrive system, why isn't the driver that? What exactly qualifies as an "Overdrive system" anyway? If it's the driver, then clearly this one doesn't have a new one, or a special one. If it's the layer, then Dangerous Belial's layer never came off as being this "super advanced layer for the system", which Cho-Z Achiiles, Imperial Dragon, and both Hyperion Burn and Helios Volcano managed to do IMO.
As mention by Beycrafter rashad bey migh transform from defense to attack. The core might have something too, now as for it doesnt look more advanced althought true but imo this is the second best sub system after cho z cause you can actually use the parts with each others. Unlike infinity lock (which basically should've been part of cho z era instead of being a gt system ) or the limit break system which is limited with lol thats was my issues with both of this sub system an their respective gen even though they were cool . Both cho z And overdrive can use everything an their system even though their sub system. Now overdrive looks like bey transform system instead though

One thing I noticed that I find odd is how you can't see the core sticking out despite the blade being a normal width. Also, there's no armor, and the outer core is round.

I think thats the overdrive gimmick on Rashad Bey
This is kinda hard to explain, but the way that Rashad's new Bey looks compared to other DB Beys reminds me a lot of how Apocalypse and Genesis looked compared to other GT Beys. Makes me wonder if it'll be a fixed layer, with no way to swap parts at all.

Aiga only returned in GT and Sparking because he was the World Champion and is a Legendary Blader and that was the whole spiel with Sparking, Hikaru and Hyuga were the protags in that season and their story was wrapped up with the finale of that season. Aiga and the Asahi Bros stories are finished so there is no point in them returning unless they're just gonna be throwaway characters however i could see TT releasing Helios, Hyperion and Achilles as filler beys in a Random Booster or something
