I think it's kind of obvious that all the awakening beys will have that prevention gimmick, as bad as it sounds it's very obvious why would only Valkyrie and Spriggan have it

No, not really. I'm thinking along the lines of beys as powerful as the Metal saga beys, where a battle between a pair of Phantom Orions could last for 4-6 minutes without a single exciting moment. At that point you're just watching a pair of beys clink uselessly against each other as they slowly spin down, and boy is it boring.
I'd rather see more beys like Chaos, Deep Chaos, and Guardian Kerbeus which had great Stamina potential but were easily bursted even by other Stamina layers instead of laythe likes of Archer Hercules which are powerful, difficult to burst, and altogether boring to see battle when it turns into a drawn-out LAD war. There needs to be some sort of weakness here.

Hmm, The more I think about it the more it kind of makes me upset that we have less bursting. The Super Z beys don't even burst anymore, I haven't had a burst in a longgg time. I think they are trying to move away from bursting and trying to make it like HMS or metal fight sadly. With the new system, it's literally not gonna burst. If Super Z beys hardly burst then the new Awakening beys won't burst what so ever. Share your thoughts guys
I think the layers should be even heavier in the next season, to improve stamina. However, most stamina types will see a reduction in teeth strength to balance this.
I’m happy that burst is finally looking like it will be able to compete with Metal Fight Beyblades in the near future. However, it may or may not actually happen. Maybe Cho Z Valkyrie or Spriggan will be able to beat the lighter beys. Speaking of which, we have not had a comparison of MFB to Burst weights recently. I could be mistaken, and there might be a separate thread for this. Anyway, it would be nice if someone could do that and post it. I would do it myself, but I don’t have any of the newer and heavier beys.

I don't want layers like Archer Hercules with no real weaknesses, no. I thought I made that pretty clear, but I guess not.

I have actually fought a few MFB beys against Sieg Xcaliber, and as it turns out MFB has ridiculously low defenses and are just generally prone to attacks. Sieg Xcaliber easily KO'd most anything that wasn't using a rubber tip as long as the opponent was tall enough to actually hit with the layer itself. The Sieg Xcaliber I used got some pretty severe dents from attacking these MFB beys though.
I highly recommend avoiding fighting MFB beys against other generations unless you're willing to risk damaging and possibly destroying the other bey.

Yes, that's more like what I'd want to see. Deep Chaos in particular ended up doing this in a spectacular manner due to its gimmick, which helped it rise to prominence as a Stamina type capable of defeating similar Stamina and Defense beys while still being prone to attacks. If we had something that could topple the likes of Hell Salamander and Archer Hercules while still being defeatable by offensive beys in the same manner Deep Chaos did, it would do wonders towards opening up the meta.
I think Bearing sort of fills that role. What can beat aH_Et? hS 0B Br can. And that makes nL and bL useful for countering the counter for aH_Et. That does make Attack types useful, but only 2.

I doubt it toko so far has extremely been unutilized. unless he becomes a main characters or have an important role a trident evolution isn't very likely and if trident gets an evolution the might not even used toko. it probably would've been better if toko was the main character or part of the main cast and I mean main cast not scrub cast.
