I swear it was actually confirmed, or something very close to that. We are getting a wallpaper though I can tell you that. And like the last, it will have teasers (Last one had rage,mirage, and lucifer teasers)

While it is still a rumour at the end of the day, I doubt it’s be a coincidence that the wallpaper is coming out on the 15th on (according to the official beyblade twitter apparently) the official beyblade twitter account and fan club while at the same time the master bladers say we will be getting “more news than we think” (implying that the corocoro comic doesn’t contain the only news). If it really was just some wallpaper or character renders or something like that then I don’t think they would wait to reveal it so late.

That was due to Tencent be all around crappy and paying big bucks to get their own presents (they also suck in other ways Im not gonna talk about here). And a master blader (I think it was H) confirmed we're getting lots of news, meaning multiple.
Maybe Tencent bought this segment out too!

Idk it's probably an evolution thing or the wings just pop out at the start. Regardless the gimmick was not what I hoped for

After a better look the wings definitely get pushed back to a different position. It's an awakening thing. The rebound thing, however, is something I'm still not sure about

Actually looking back at the leaked photos, it would seem that the wings pop out if launched hard enough. Think I might prefer imperial so far, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see

The description of Tempest says that its contact points get pushed back by impacts, although it doesn't say if it's meant to be a permanent change or just a thing that happens in-battle.
