I actually have an idea in mind of how the bey could look while allowing a layer weight all while fitting on the launcher: so if Zwei means two in German, then maybe it could be something like two long-ish dragon heads on the sides where the layer weights fill in and then after the heads it could have a destabilizing design, or another uppercut design, kind of like Bloody.
That would be interesting, but the Longinus line is known for being special, aside from Bloody Longinus, so I'd say that it has a chance to be unique once more.
Probably gonna be owned by that xander looking dude. Moon heads color scheme just does not match longinus.

It looks like a right spin layer. It isn't in the shape of any layer we know so it must be new.
By looking at the design it is either a balance or attack type.
It looks like it has two large blade-like contact points along with two sets of jaggy barrage contact points.
The shape almost reminds me of a hybrid of Killer Deathscyther and Dead Hades. But I doubt this is correct.
That I know of there are no important characters in GT with a name that starts with H.
The fact we don't know Delta's beyblade gives a little merit to the Deathscyther idea but not only does Delta not fit the Deathscyther look, but Deathscyther also is not popular enough to return. It would also lead to a normal layer gaining a special symbol. Going from Deathscyther to Δeathscyther.
We do not know who's beyblade this is or if it is a rare bey with no owner. But If I had to guess it might be Delta's.\
But that is just a far-fetched idea.
Looks like Cho-Z Achilles already. Perhaps we got lied to, Aiga will come back for no reason or Delta will “borrow” Aiga’s Balance Type Achilles design. Anyways, the shape of the bey looks kind of round and square shaped, giving it the sword and shield look of a beyblade base, so it can be possible that we may or may not get a balance driver as well, if not new.

I'm genuinely surprised that we're possibly getting a new Bahamut, considering it was just a set beyblade without a super major role in the God series. However I am excited for it since I love Arc Bahamut and glad we're getting an upgrade to it.
EDIT: Yes I know Trident and Chaos, but those were single layers and I feel like single layers were bound to be all upgraded at least once. Just look at Amaterios.

It seems like Takara Tomy wants to bring back some older dragon Beys so that they don't run out of ideas. In sone cases, this is fine. In others, it becomes redundant. I'm eager to see how Takara Tomy can redesign Bahamut and Longinus, but I guess the wait won't be long.

Judging by how Bahamut is returning, there is always the chance that more God Layer Beys will return. This Bey looks kind of like Regulus, but if it's actually a rival Bey, then I don't know what it could be.
If I'm remembering correctly, this month's releases are Judgement Joker and a Random Layer Collection (not Gacha style?). The Prize Layer is rumored to be a Defense Type, and the only Defense-Type Layer that is being rumored right now is Dread Bahamut. The prize Layer might be that or some other Bey that hasn't been announced.

I don't think Aiga is going to come back this early... and I doubt Delta would borrow the design of Cho-Z Achilles...

When I first heard the name Zwei Longinus, I assumed it would probably be the June release. I know this isn't confirmed but seems likely. I think Joker is May, along with RLC Dread Bahamut (which would most likely see it's main release in our standard August Triple Booster Set.), Longinus is June, and then Diaboros is 07/06, not 06/07 and would be a DX Starter released alongside Random Booster Volume 16. Of course I am just speculating, but this seems like the likely release order based on past patterns I've seen.
EDIT: glad to see more left spin beys like Longinus, Bahamut, and Erase Diaboros. We will have plenty of options for left spin customization as well as right. I think that the Diaboros DX Starter will come with either 2 full beys, or 2 full GT layers to be used on one combo... Also just realized the abbreviation for Erase Diaboros is ED... lol
EDIT 2: oh, Diaboros is dual spin. Most likely one chip with 2 bases... Wonder if left spin chips will work with Erase and right spins with Venom?
So judgement joker , zwei longinus, dread bahamut now that I didn't think bahamut would make a comeback and I'm glad we're getting another bahamut and longinus . And we got delta's bey name diaboros which as i suspected will be a devil type bey diaboros is basically Diablo or diabolo which is a name for devil or somtimes a devil dragon . Plus going that delta is similar to shu it's also no surprise it's a devil bey , spriggan is an ugly fairy who's also interpret as a devil an some mythology and Fubuki had forneus another devil a great marquis of hell that takes form of a shark the rivals seems to get devil base type bey.
