also it seems to me evan was just irratable due to him being sick. maby the teacher did have a bit of tone but we tend to be more irratable and over react when we are sick. most deny it but its true lol:-/
i can also see brads point of view, if your sick you shouldnt be in school. and if you do interupt the class, intentonaly or not, the teachers job is to fix it. i mean thats what they get paid for. lol

We were setting up for these Pumpkin sales at this church today. Since I was one of the older guys there (there were a couple adults, but they're just there for supervision and to help the younger kids out, and there was one guy who was older than me by a few months), I did most of the heavy lifting.
From driving poles into the ground (EDIT: BY HAND AAAUUUGGHH) to unloading pumpkins to rolling the fencing around to unrolling the fencing to unloading more pumpkins to lifting/carrying/setting up heavy wooden signs to carrying firepits to bossing the younger kids who are slacking off around to , I'm completely beat.
I can barely keep my hands on the keyboard...

Do you mean improve the forearm in terms of muscle build?
If you've got barbells or dumbells, then wrist curls and reverse curls should work. Dumbells will prob have a similar effect
obviously hand grippers are also a good easy way to increase strength, although how much heavy muscle you build might not be right up there
