There is no spot reduction meaning can't target fat loss in an area, but there is spot training. Working out certain muscles will increase their strength and could change over time the muscle to fat percentage ratio.

there technically is, but it is a very poor idea to target a specific muscle area and solely focus on increasing it

a full body workout with cardio is a much better way to get healthier and look better than these inane 'ab lounges' and 'bowflex' or whatever they are

I am well aware of that, but I never made any mention to those useless machines ( proper spot training deals with Free weights or gym based machines). I was talking about the example he gave, the push up That exercise targets triceps shoulders and back and core. Also he was merely giving an example of exercise to do in between daily events, which is a great way to get started. In fact that is how I started.

Anyway finishing this rant, while my university's TA's still continue to go on strike for over 2.5 months, my program finally got the go ahead to continue classes! That means I can have a summer internship.....sweet!
lol the ab lounge. my dad ordered it and it was like FAIL. then my uncle did... and then my friend's parents did. we all used them as recliners/cat beds until we realized how much space they took.

Wow Pichu We're almost opposite- I can do alot of exercises, but I seriously suck at Pushups and lifting Medium-Heavy Weights. I can only do Light Weight. Tongue_out XD UnhappySmile... Also this is my 200th post. Yay!
Changed my username, since there were beginning to be a few too many people with the word 'Gig' in their username. Decided to keep is simple

bleaching will do this

also use a brush, not a comb
I'll give it a go.
I also think investing in some good detangling spray might be a good idea XD
Hahahaha. My hair is NEVER knotty. This is, however, because I brush it about 50 times a day. No knots, but it gets greasy quicker. ^^;

Do they still do the Loreal Kids No Tears Detangling Spray? That was awesome. I can't remember if it worked or not but it smelled awesome. Like melons I think. XD

Yes. Also, get some intense conditioner. And when was the last time your hair was cut?

Just before Christmas, It could probably go for a bit of a trim, especially since I bleached it like..a week later XD

Think I might hunt out my hair treatment stuff, it's apparently good on dry, bleached hair, it's pretty much conditioner you stick in your hair, leave in for 3 minutes and then rinse out, I used it when I first bleached it (like..3 years ago XD) but I've been neglecting it lately, probably a bad choice.

Seriously, he needs to get a life and admit that right now, the PS3 is pretty boring since there are barely any games for it. I would know, its my only Next Gen console. lol
He's back -.-
IP Ban him -.-
I don't think they can, I think his IP address changes.
