I just made a donation to the WBO, hope it helps keep this great growing community afloat. (Came out of my MFB fund so it damn well better! lol) Plus I don't want a repeat of OTC. That would blow.

What's OTC? Feel like I've heard of it somewhere, before...
^ Off the Chain, Brad's previous beyblade website.
I love WBO, but it is slowly becoming more and more OtC-like....too many noobs >_> I can live with it though

As sites grow, membership will increase, and the diversity of members will increase. In other words the increase of 'noobs' is inevitable. I am just glad that there is enthusiasm for the game still.

On a completely different tangent, I just remembered my distaste for Accounting as I attempted to re-familiarize myself with material I have not touched for over 2 months (due to the York University Strike). All I accomplished was one big friggin headache. Ughhh

Such is the cost of keeping the community alive.
We have to keep letting in new users to expand ourselves, even if some of those new users aren't exactly the most well versed in the 'ways of the internet'.

Everyone was a noob at some point...but I see your point. There are some noobs on here who...just won't learn Pinching_eyes

This is nothing compared to the epidemic at OtC. It was so bad I couldn't even go there. I was a member for a long time...and had under 500 posts. On Damashii I had like 2000-3000....no noobs could really find it.

gaw! I just looked at mine...it's horrible, my eyes, they burn!

I didn't realise until someone told me. :\ They're not great but I'm sure I've seen worse updates. I don't really go on dA anymore now because of there previous update to the system.......Unhappy

And regarding the noob thing, yeah there are a few but it's not like all the noobish people who have registered are always online. I think there's normally about the same amounts of them online during any point, it's just the actual people that change over time as they normally lose interest. :\

Noobs with Noobish Comments!

I just use deviantart when I'm trying to find wallpapers now Tongue_out I use to upload pictures I had take before though with my crappy camera skills.
I used to go on there as much as I go on the WBO now but then it was getting kind of busy and then they updated it and it ran really slowly on my computer (and they wouldn't let you select whether you wanted to use the new or old version) and then they blocked it at school so I hardly go on anymore. Just to check messages every now and then. Unhappy
Deviantart wouldn't let me login for a long time, but it was just my computer, not dA...and when I finally logged back in I had over 500 messages and over 1,300 Deviantart to look at from my subscriptions >.>
I currently have 2870 deviations to look at and 589 messages. D: I imagine a good deal of them are journals though. XD
Lol, same here, I'm not even bothering to look at them XD But I'm curious if any of them are from some of my friends >.>
lmao I'm so weird sometimes. I woke up about 20 minutes ago and the very first thing I thought was "carp I want a banana". So here I am at 11:30 eating a banana. Strange.

You are not the only one. I woke up yesterday craving apples, I don't know why apples but I wanted them. Since I did not have any at home at the moment, and the other 7 types of fruit could not subdue my craving i took the car and bought apples.
people who almost never post about beyblade complaining about noobs is pretty funny

i thought i made it clear that if you want a private social community this probably isn't the place to do it

She wants me to take her to the anime convention too...that will be difficult.
i just thought it was hilarious that people were complaining about more members on such a niche site and hobby
