Yes, that is true, as far as I know anyway and who knows, I think you can but it has to be for a very good reason, like that person that lifted a car but if you did then after a while they would rip apart.

Aww......Chihuahuas are cute. I love most dogs too........only dogs I could think of that I don't like would be......maybe english bulldogs. And the hairless dogs.....when they get skin diseases and such. Otherwise they're fine. ^^;

English Bulldogs are great, their droppy faces make me lol and Chihuahua's aren't dogs they are more like rats, I'm sure I'd like them if I ever had one lol.
