what?

why?
To play roshambo.
Guess who goes first?

Quote:This form of roshambo, which can be played by members of either sex, involves two players taking turns kicking each other's genitals. The first player to fall down in pain loses. This game is not only a form of mortification of the flesh, but as a manifestation of the groin attack, is potentially deadly. [1]

i dunno...are you a masochist

Urrgghh, my throat feels awful, I swear if this is a cold trying to come on and taking like 5 days to do so, I will be pissed. My throat and sinuses have been clogged up for days Pinching_eyes
You know it never fails to amaze me how severe my mood swings can be. Yesterday I felt likethe happiest person on earth yet today, just now, I spent nearly an hour taking pictures of every little thing about my body that I don't like. I really tore myself apart -- I cried a lot and it was tough to look myself in the mirror and see my body for what it really is. But this was necessary; if I'm going to build any sort of self-confidence I need to come to terms with myself -- all of myself, not just what's inside -- and accept myself for who and what I am, in hopes that someday some very special person may do the same. It's the only hope I have left and I can't afford to lose it.
Confidence is the way to go man and keep things positive at all times

As much as I hate doing that, i'm willing to give it a go since the usual teaspon of Wasabi paste down the hatch isn't shifting it.

Thanks Joyful_3

Wow, Today I realized how physically unhealthy I really am, I wouldn't be able to pass the physical fitness test in gym class as a girl. I'm carp. =`(

Hey, I'm not the one that set the girls passing scores so much lower than the guys on the test.

they do the same things guys do, but there passing scores are lower than ours (personally i think thats pretty stupid) but ya.
EDIT: I'm kinda overreacting, I can do the sit-and-reach test, and sit-ups fine. I just can't jump, run a mile(especially), or do pull-up test very well.

You should try working out then. I'm not sure what you're having problems with, but just exercise more (no need for weights even) and you should improve.

You could try what I did occasionally before. Just do random amounts of push ups. I used to watch some shows and during like intermissions, I'd do a set of push ups. This will make your body more used to them without breaking a sweat.

just a note ... there is no such thing as spot reduction/build up

so doing x1000 pushups alone won't increase your biceps
