Thanks. I tried different things last night, but they all didn't have good results. I have ideas in the making. Here are 2 Basalt Combos that I test against.
Basalt Bull 230 CS
Basalt Gasher AD145 WD

And if they do release TH170, Big Bang would have already been released so there wouldn't be use for Cosmic anyways ...

True. Big Bang does beat Cosmic so yeah. So pretty much Cosmic should not be on the Tier list.

Is it just me or has anyone else observed that spin stealers do well against basalt combos?

I have noticed, but Basalt Bull AD145 WD can OS Meteo l Drago CH120 EWD by a few rotations.

Please test this, because in my past experience Meteo pretty much owns Basalt spin stealing wise. Also, try XF as well. Since XF is so wide, it will help Meteo stay uprite for longer. Everyone needs to not forget that Gravity can be a spin stealer/equalizer too.
I tried a spin stealing moving stamina combo and it didn't end well for meteo.

What?

Sorry for the one word response but your post was very vague. What Meteo combo? What is this spin stealing moving stamina combo you speak of? And where are the tests?
I'm not going to post the tests because it didn't get a single win. The combo was meteo ldrago gb145 mf. Every single match was very close though.
GB145 and MF are not good at all for Meteo. It needs the most balance it can get at the end of a battle, and both of those pieces do nothing to help that.
TR145 or ED145 with MF could possibly do the trick.
If you wanna use MF, which offers no LAD, you've gotta use a Track that does.
That doesn't seem to do the trick either.
... And this is why we use RDF on Gravity BD145 now, lol.

I'll try out Meteo L-Drago II CH120WF/XF in the SVS. If it'll OS Basalt there, it ought to work elsewhere as well.

Are you light launching? That makes a big difference.
Guys I found a counter for Basalt Bull AD145 WD. I also tried against Basalt Bull 230 MB, but it didn't have as great results
Gear
Super Vortex
Launcher grip
String launcher

Basalt Bull AD145 WD VS Scythe Gasher 230 EDS

Basalt:2 OS
Scythe:18 OS
Pretty cool counter.

I found another one but with not quite as good results.
Gear
Max stampede (no craters)
Launcher grip
string launcher

Mf Basalt horogium ad145wd vs. spiral unicorno 230 mb

Basalt 6 wins (4OS, 2KO)
Spiral 14 wins all OS

Interesting. Do you have a Cosmic? I would like to compare the results. Also Kerbecs does better.
I do have a cosmic but i do not have a kerbecs.
Has the Triple Battle Set Stadium been tested? I personally think it is one of the best Hasbro stadiums for using attack, having three pockets very close to the center of the stadium. I can test it if anyone would like me to.
The battle cores kinda ruin the movement of the attack tips so it won't do good.

The battle cores aren't good. They mess up a lot of things in the battle. If you want to test the stadium it's fine, but you won't get the best results.

I totally agree about the cores. I will still probably test it to to see though. It would actually be decent if only it didn't have cores.
I actually disagree with the fact that the "crater" in the RipGrind Stadium is not considered a pocket. I think it is the only chance an Attack type has of KOing a Stamina type. Don't get me wrong, I'll follow the rule. I'm just commenting on it, so yeah. Sorry for the "rant" heh.
Gravity Perseus BD145R2F vs Earth Bull 230CS

GP= 8 wins (6KO , 2OS)
EB= 2 wins (1KO , 1OS)

We have to test Cosmic Kerbecs R145 MF/R2F versus a 145 height combo possibly Basalt BD145CS. We can even try Beat Lynx GB145 MF/R2F because the Hasbro one did do quite well against Basalt in BB-10. I have a feeling it might win! Once again, can't wait until Hyperblades come out then we can get into some serious testing!
Maybe MF Basalt 230MB could work? Unless someone has already tested that.
