I get what you are saying, but how is testing Burning Firestrike or Bolt Blast productive? They are gimmicks, and stadiums like PTW are a joke, not that these are signifigantly better, but better nonetheless.

I would like to see a change to, but th fact is that no one follows through with thier promises. I will admit I wasnt very good this last week with the OP update, but I got it done. How many people this past week alone have promised posting DD test results but then never posted agian on this thread?

This thread ahs become a shell of its former self, and I do take responsibiliy, but you guys are making it sound like I killed someone and that the world ois going to end.

The main updates to the OP are finished. Super simplified, but there are still some kinks I would like to work out. I am going to add a tier list heading tomarrow, with some attack type parts catagorized by Tier 1 and Tier 2.

After I post this mock tier list, I will spend a few days working on what i wanted from the start, an analysis of the tier list, and why it is different. For example, I will write on why high recoil wheel like rock are useful for atack, and how flat tips perform differently compatred to BB-10.

If the both of you really wish to save this thread, stop flaming me, let me consider what you have said, and let me improve the thread. You whining about it will only drive this thread into the ground even further.

ALL HASBRO STADIUMS ARE A JOKE!

The point of testing in them, as I've said repeatedly, is so we find out what things work well in them, because sometimes, things like burning firestrike are all that is available. Same reason you test LF, MXS, and all of these stupid, stupid stadiums.

THERE IS NO HASBRO METAGAME LIMITED TO THE STADIUMS ONE USER DECIDES TO LIMIT IT TO.
GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD, OR LET SOMEONE CAPABLE DO THE JOB SO THE THREAD CAN SERVE SOME PURPOSE OTHER THAN BOLSTERING YOUR EGO!

By 54 pages, I should be able to read the thread and know enough to tell people what will work in whatever stupid stadium they're stuck with. I can't. You Are Doing It Wrong.

No, you just cannot seem to realize what EVERYONE else in the thread does. Making all stadiums legal will help.

MXS and LF aren't common anymore. They're very hard to find nowadays.

I've always used TT MF's here.
They are identical in every way, shape, and form.

Saying otherwise is treading awful close to saying "TT AND HASBRO PARTS ARE DIFFERENT EVEN GIVEN IDENTICAL MOLDS".

But anyway, we can sort that out once this little stadium debacle is sorted. :\

[/size]Why? Well, this is the HASBRO testing thread, not the MXS/LF thread. Because of this small limit of stadiums, WE CAN'T TEST AS MUCH DUE TO THE LACK OF MXS AND LF. There should be a separate tier list of each stadium to get as much work as possible. Want to know why we haven't gotten ANY stable testing through 54, that's right, FIFTY FREAKIN' FOUR pages? I bet that not even 1/100th of the people in this thread are able to contribute, because of only LF and MXS.

High Recoil Wheels (rememebe that this si a severe rough draft and does not represent the final poduct)

All Hasbro stadiums have 1 major theme in common; no exits. This has been a common design theme since the plastics era due to different saftey regulations and agreements Hasbro has. As a result, Attack types have always suffered. The goal of an attack type is to KO its opponent, however that is near impossible in these stadiums. As a result, attack types lose stamina quickly, and generall lose all together.

However, high recoil wheels can prove to be useful in this situation. In stadiums with exists, high recoil wheels generally self KO. Ina stadium with no exists, this si not the case. What is more, these high recoil wheels, such as Rock, thrash and unbalance thier opponent beys. High recoil wheel combos wih good grip to the stadium floor, such as Rock Aquario 90RF, are useful agianst beys on the 145 height, like Basalt Aquario AD145WD

I have already taken most of the blame for the degression of this thread. many, myself included, dont have the time/dont want to spend time on a thread that matters little to the actual main game. This thread was created for the hasbro bladers alone, as a way to allow a sense of participation in the community

3)I get that making all stadiums legal has its benifits, but it also has downsides. The main metagame only has 2 or 3 legal stadiums, so why should we have more than that? A gimmick stadium would provide inacurate test results for all types, and it would littlery destroy what little progress has been made to attack types here.

Also, you have to understand the mixed message I recieve. Some of you want all stadiums, while others have agreed with me and stated that allowing all stadiums is a bad idea. I am not sure about you Rai, but I do not disagree with you because I think low of you, I have respect for you, as well as everyone here. You just seem to have none for me and wont even acknowlage the points I ahve made. Instead, you bold and size up your font to make me look like an idiot. Frankly, I am a bit offended.

4)I do ask people to pm me time and time agian for suggestions and comments and no one ever does. Also, I ahve been talking about this OP update for a week, and the OP update is the result of what everyone hear wanted, a much shorter, simplified version. If yoou dont see soemthing you like, pm me, and I wil be more than happy to colaborate with you and change it. And I have been recruiting people for assistance with the tier list. But I only have about 3 people who have actualy bothered to pm me, willing to assist.

Gimmick stadiums do not work, and the newest stadiums have gone un-tested. That is my point here.

TT MF weights vary from Hasbro MF weights, and a while ago, I was also told not to allow TT MFs by several other users, as this should be a Hasbro parts only metagame. Now I am being told something different agian

What you fail to realize is one thing: The stadiums, are bad. People don't always have the good stadiums. Without your help and cooperation, they're left in the dust. I've known this feeling all too long, until I got my BB-10.

Hmm, thats a good point. We have seen basicly all of the stadiums used here except the ones listed in the test requests. Also, those help keep a goal mindset for this thread, so maybe we should keep them? Up to you guys agian. My thought is that if we dont keep them up then we will never see them tested ever, as people will just use the stadiums they already own

Considering tha we now allow all stadiums, a tier list is now going to be beeyond difficult task, but the analysis part is still do-able, if it is welcomed.

I think a few of you just need to go sleep. This is way too dramatic to be an exchange between two or more people who have actually gotten a good night already ...

Turn the OP into a post cataloging all tests posted, and organize them by the Stadium they were tested in. Or, at least make a section for it.

Actually, I've just had breakfast. I finally got around to wading through this thread, and found things to be infinitely worse than I had imagined. Tried to explain, and it was like talking to a wall.

Glad to see things have been sorted, now.


Now, does someone have a list of the stadiums hasbro has produced. Then, suggestions as to what strange things work and what sensible things don't work in the groove/gimmick ones would be good. Preferably with testing or enough justification for others to test things.

If you cancel out the Rip Grind, Half-Pipe and Graffiti Den then we must also cancel out the Dragon's Den and Lion's Lair as they are also from the XTS line.

I like how you make it sound like it's a pain to you to put a couple extra stadiums and related testing in the OP.

Honestly, if it's so much hassle for you, just let someone who is capable of managing this kind of thing open a new thread.

LL and DD use the same shape as the other standard stadiums, so I wouldnt think we would have to cut those out. Atleast they are stadiums. We arent trying to cut out XTS, just the products that arent really stadiums at all

Let me answer that:

Yes, you do have to make the meagre effort to include a couple of extra stadiums, even if they are a product of hasbro's odd marketing choices.
