Not everyone can. It takes practice to lucid dream.

heh,no wonder I couldn't do Ki blasts in my dream XD
I think this has come up before, but it can actually be quite easy to lucid dream if you don't think about it.

My dreams tend to be on the more realistic side. Last night I dreamt that I was talking to an old friend on Twitter who I haven't spoken to in years, discussing her former relationship.
Meditation does wonders, focus on balancing your chakras, specifically vishuddi and you'll stop having such violent dreams (unless thats what you like, then it wont change)
Once I dreamt of ET stabbing me, but that was in 3rd Grade.
Everything else is...nothing.
Sometimes when I dream, it's really intense to the point where I feel like it really happened. Some of my dreams have to do with fighting. My most recent dream was twisted. Have you seen the movie "ATM"? Well that's what my dream was about. I was stuck with the guy from drake and josh in a ATM trying to find a way to not get killed.
Inside an ATM? Lol.

I started college yesterday. Seeing as the time I joined WBO was just before starting high school, this would be a good excuse to check in. Wow, things have really changed since I was interested in the hobby. When I first joined the site, it had about 40 people online at a time, and at one point upwards of 100, but it seems everything has reverted back to the way it was before Metal Fight Beyblade came to America. It's kind of sad in a way, but if Beyblade comes back again in a few years I'm positive this place will be booming again. At the very least, you guys have your own litle niche culture Smile

So what's new in my life since the last time I've been here? Ah, it's been a while. I stopped coming here a few years back, but I have checked in a handful of times since then. I started college yesterday, so that was kind of neat. I originally planned to go into computer science or gaming, but I ended up changing my mind over summer; I'm majoring in photography. I don't really plan to get a job in photography though, I'm actually planning to teach English in Japan after I get my Bachelors degree. Of course, that's just a dream for now, we'll see how it all plays out.

Looking at the list of online users, I don't even recognize anybody except for Kai-V. This place really has changed! XD I still kind of like Beyblade though. I probably won't go out and buy any and contribute to testing, but I think I might stick around and help out a bit. This was always a neat hobby, and it's one of those products that I want to see become an evergreen brand. I am thinking about buying myself some beyshoko Bei-goma though, however you spell it (Traditional Japanese tops.)

If the staff would like my assistance with anything, feel free to PM me; I'll be around. As for the rest of you, I guess I better try my best and get to know all of you.
I understood the first part (I'm home)! It's great you started college I'll be heading there two years come. You probably don't remember me as I signed-up 2012.

I'm studying for gaming right now. What made you change your mind?
Hope your studying goes well for you mate. Maybe you can tell me what college is like, hah.
Anyway, welcome back! I'd probably like to know you better, but I think I'm scared to PM you. XD

To be honest, I never really wanted to do gaming. Everybody was pressuring me to go for computers or medical, but I didn't want any part of either. I just want to have fun. I tried to combine computers with fun, and somehow ended up with video games. But making games isn't all fun and games! Eventually I decided that I was going to focus on fun, and not income; I would rather be poor and enjoy my job than make a lot of money and hate my job.

I have had a general interest in Japan since I was 10 or 11, as a friend of mine was from Osaka. He used to always tell me stories, and I just fell in love with it. During middle school I decided that I wanted to move to Japan, but I gave up on that dream when I got to high school (I thought it was impossible.) But now I know it is possible, so I want to chase my childhood dream. Just majoring in photography because I find it fun, and teaching English in Japan doesn't require a specific major.

Hmm, that is odd, but I think it would be better suited to post here.
This might go on the Skateboarding thread, but this will be very extensive. I'm on the hunt for a deck. A deck that is limited edition and only 10,000 exist around the world, and I'm hunting for it 3 years after its release. I'll put up a picture link later, but it's called the Girl X Sanrio OG Keroppi deck. (That's the common name of it) I would appreciate any link to buying it for under $65.
I'm asking you all because you guys know how to fetch good deals and efficiently.
I just had a random thought

Life Is Hard,So Death Must Be Easy
What do u guys think
Death as an action is effortless, as you are probably trying to stay alive. The concept of ending earthly life is hard, unless you're religious, but even then it's tough. It's even harder on the loved ones of the deceased person.

So I disagree.
Even if death should never be an option, I think it's is a better choice than live a long and sad life until you got 80 years. Living alone and without any love for all your life is worst than any torture on earth. It's like slowly dying.
But then you are giving up not only on the world, but also on yourself, because you do not trust even yourself to find this joy and satisfaction that you believe we should live in.
Every book ends, its up to the author to make the book full, dont look for love, love what you have and there is no reason to look, life is beautiful, even when you dont want to admit it
This may or not be a religious topic(On my part), but my this guy at my Church he said that the enemy wants you dead. And he would try anything to have you be dead. So killikng yourself is under the infulence of the "enemy".
I've been thinking a lot about Death too lately. It seems like time is going by so quickly...And how would I go out?How does it feel when you're dying?...But I'm too young to be thinking bout that. Just live life to the fullest, with no regrets....
@echizen: who is this "enemy", and why would my hypothetical suicide be their fault?
