See below an overview of our Terms of Service for our “Platform”. This encompasses any website, or service we offer. Please read and accept these terms carefully before proceeding with usage of our Platform.
Additionally, by accessing the Platform at http://worldbeyblade.org or on associated platforms (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc), you also agree to abide by the community rules outlined here.Your Relationship with worldbeyblade.org
- By accessing the Platform at http://worldbeyblade.org (operated by Fighting Spirits Inc. under the “World Beyblade Organization” initiative) you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms of service.
- If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
- Failure to comply with the Terms of Service outlined on this page may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to the Platform.
Your Content and Content of Others
- You are responsible for your “Content”, which means any information, material, or other content posted to our Platform.
- You agree that we have the ability and right to remove, edit, or lock any account or message at any time should it be seen fit.
- By registering on this Platform you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.
- Whilst we attempt to edit or remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on the Platform (worldbeyblade.org).
- You acknowledge that all messages posted on the Platform express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of Fighting Spirits Inc. Therefore, we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted.
- We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.
Our Platform
- If you are under 13 years old and wish to access the Platform, you must first obtain explicit permission from your parents or guardian. We reserve the right at any time to delete information from accounts of users discovered to be under 13 years old without having obtained explicit permission from their parents or guardian to access the Platform.
- We strive to ensure that our Platform is always available and working, but make no guarantees it will be. Things may occasionally not go exactly as planned. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
- We are always looking for and working on ways to improve our Platform. As a result, we may update, modify, or discontinue portions of our Platform at any time.
- Any private information you provide on this Platform for your account will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although the staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.
- You agree that any information you enter on this platform is stored in a database, and that "cookies" are stored on your computer to save your login information.
- Your IP Address is recorded with each post you make on this Platform and is retrievable by the staff if need-be.
Communities, Events & Organizers
- We strive to ensure Organizers follow the rules and best practices set forth in our guidelines and act in the interest of their communities. But we not conduct or require background checks of Organizers and cannot be held liable for their actions or statements made on the Platform or offline before, during, and after any type of in-person gatherings organized through the Platform.
- By accessing our Platform, you agree not to hold Fighting Spirits Inc. responsible or liable for anything that happens in connection with third-party transactions, services, contests, raffles, interactions with members, or anything in connection with offline in-person gatherings advertised or discussed on the Platform.
- You acknowledge that offline in-person gatherings carry inherent dangers or risks (potential for illness, injury, disability, or death). By participating in such gatherings organized via our Platform, you understand and agree that you have freely chosen to assume these risks.
- All players in events posted on the Platform must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
- If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
- Advertising the sale of any product or service as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on any WBO Beyblade Tournament event page is prohibited for all users unless explicitly approved beforehand by Fighting Spirits Inc.
If you have any questions, believe that someone is violating our Terms of Service, or if you have any concerns regarding other Organizers or Members, you may report it to us at contact@worldbeyblade.org.
Organizer Agreement
By posting an Event, you acknowledge and enter into an agreement with Fighting Spirits Inc. as the Event Organizer that under no circumstances will Fighting Spirits Inc., its directors, members, or staff be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise in connection with our Platform or your Event.
All liability therefore rests with you as the Event Organizer or the venue you are hosting your event with. While Fighting Spirits Inc. does not and cannot verify or check this, we encourage all Event Organizers to take any necessary precautions to secure liability insurance, to check with the managers of your venue if they have insurance, or to have all participants sign a liability waiver before entering the venue and playing in the tournament. This may help to avoid any problems in the unlikely event something happens that may inspire legal action.
