Personally, I would think that having to record wins and losses as people play in whatever order they want is much easier than recording wins and losses in a defined order and then have to figure out who advances.

Really, how could it be a huge problem? Let's say at the next tournament, Bluezee plays Spin-Sonic (with IKMV as judge) and Spin-Sonic beats Bluezee during free play. Bluezee, Spin-Sonic, and IKMV would tell Cye that Spin-Sonic beat Bluezee and he would just simply write it down on a piece of paper. Not so hard.
I suggest that we close the combo testing request thread

Are you gonna elaborate on this idiotic request? Closing it is a stupid idea, it needs to be fixed, not destroyed.

I wrote a long post on this but my phone deleted it.

Basically, reduce the required testing for that thread to an indicative 10 rounds, 20 is too much for someone to test a combo they aren't interested in. If it looks good, more can be done. Sure, things could be missed, but right now, we're missing everything.

More incentive to revive it would be needed, but you get the picture.

The other reason it has died is stupid requests, but that will not change, as hypocritical as it may seem of me to say this, we should not respond to these posts at all, report and leave it to mods. It's forum policy. If people break that and reapond, they would need to be spoken to.

Well, I always had this idea of updating rules there, but I thought the idea was noobish...
We can make a list in the OP-
DO NOT SUGGEST COMBOS/COMBOS CONTAINING THESE PARTS-

Combos-
Words Whatever be the list...
Parts-
Words Whatever be the list...

Actually, its too much of work, and as I said- noobish...
It's an idea, but to work, people would have to read the OP, which they don't.

However, a list like that, of things that have been tested and don't work/are outclassed, would be very useful to have around IMO.

Are you serious!? Well, if this is what you think, and if this idea gets more support, we may start making the list!
i have a suggestion on the tournaments, i think there should be a tournament in every state of the united states. its unfair for the bladers in the small states that have to travel so far away just to beyblade in a big tournament.

It is the responsibility of the bladers to host tournaments.

Particularly point 3.

Yeah, I know Daegor responded, I just want to cover everything else. :\
You know what I suggest? Some face tournaments that tie into the "your creations" stuff that's been happening lately. Maybe a GFX tournament, or even a writing one XD. That would make my year!
Face Boosters for Face Contests are all you will get. Giving Faces for "talent" is really too subjective to me; for instance, barely anybody would get either of the Faces you suggested, if it were up to me.
I think we should split the "Your Creations" forum into three sub-forums. One for writing, one for GFX, and one for anything else.
No offense, but I'm pretty sure all of the hype on these "battles" will die down eventually. Plus making sub-forums of sub forums makes everything a bit cluttered lol.

Sorry Rai and Kai-V, think I worded that wrong. I meant a face contest, not a tourney. My bad.
Well, we have done drawing and movie making. So why not agFX and writing?

Oh! But that's a good idea! Maybe we need a sub topic for "Your Creations Battles and tournaments!" if the thread gets too cluttered (Especially if you're wrong and the battles don't calm down).
I think we should sticky threads like this and this. just an idea...
As I already wrote, nobody who should read stickied topics actually reads them, so it would be pointless ...
Well, about stickied topics, I think MFB Tiers List is the one which should be stickied...
You are correct, Kai-V. No one reads them, but Tiers List is something which is extremely important, even for experienced members, so that its easier to suggest combos in Build Me a Combo. Smile
Well, you know how you automatically send a PM to new users? Maybe you could put links at the bottom to Th!nks guide and and the "questions about the WBO!" forums. Maybe they'll be tempted to click on them and ask questions+read the guide. Two birds with one beyblade.

Almost nobody reads the private message anyway, so why would they read the bottom of it ?

Well, that's where they would go if they skip it, right? They just scroll down and the links are there.
I doubt they would even do that. They just read the first line and they do not bother reading anything else.
hmph! WHY DON'T PEOPLE READ ANYMORE!!!

its true though i guess... most of the guides aren't read and my brother didn't even read the welcome PM...
lol, people don't even read the rules or any of the stickied topics.
they are just too lazy these days.
As much as I see a lot of people have been promoted (though I think a number of people have been unfairly skipped, tbh), I still think the entry requirements for the Advanced forum are too light. Considering bugger all ever actually happens there, it's not exactly WORKING, is it? Sure, you need a standard, but the standard is IMO ridiculous. You can't have a discussion if there's no one to post in it. :\

INB4 URJELOUS: I've been thinking this since it was introduced. It just seems appropriate to say it right now.

Either that or something intermediate, just a "LISTEN TO THIS PERSON BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT" thing.
I do not think it is necessarily a matter of how many are there to discuss, but what there is to discuss.
