Someone who knows any mainstream coding language can go read a few tutorials or base their work on an pre-made example and make that app you described easily. Well that is for the android OS. I'm no too sure about the others. And if I recall correctly, it doesn't cost anything if you make the app free to download.

I'd offer to help but I can't really be bothered to go into learning android coding, even if a basic grasp of it is really all that is needed. However, if you could explain whats needed for the brackets thing, I could make a web version of it for free.
My brother is currently working on a mobile version for the WBO. He's been watching tutorials to get a better grasp on how to do it, but I still don't know if he's just humoring me or actually planning on doing it.

No promises Uncertain.
you should have seen this first LOL:

It would be nice to have a universal banner for WBO and Beywiki. The current one for WBO is nice, while the one for Beywiki is still from BB-32 (Dark Wolf - Storm Pegasis). Would it be troublesome to change the Beywiki one into the WBO current banner?
A board for Forum Games?

We have a rule against SPAM.
Eh, okay. Well, how about a like/dislike buttons for posts?

There's a tool for rating threads. You don't need to rate individual posts - at that point it just breaks down into attention grabbing and glorification-seeking.

If you like a post, reply to it. If you don't, don't. If you hate the post, report it, but be certain you have a valid reason.
i really want to point something out
in the customisation fourm description it says
Quote:Or just want to share your combo to the world

shouldn't we change this, it doesn't really say " Want to share a combo that u think is good and is tested, Post here"
and i realized most people just post a combo asking 'Is it good"
and i kinda think this is it
one of my first 5 posts was closed due to that
i seriously read it and made a thread
You should only report posts that are spam, advertising messages, or abuse.

That is the current message on the small window for reporting a post. Shouldn't it be changed to include something about posts in the wrong section..?
I also report inflammatory remarks that may start fights.

Peace through superior firepower.
Does it not being written really stop you from reporting them ? People who know about those things and who actually use the Report button know that they can report other unreasonable posts and topics, and that in any case we never warn people for reporting posts unless there is a clear abuse of the report system.
mmm...i've thinking..can a seperate beypoint system being made for Plastics and HMS format battle?
i really wish it can be done...i really interested to organize a plastics format tourneys..but without beypoint or ranking system..it seems pointless..
can anything be done for this?

About two of us think that all tournaments should and can be processed in the same Beypoint System, since rules are similarly fair and all. Others think that another Beypoint System should be made and it can, but there would barely be any tournaments to process in there, so it is not really worth developping a whole other Beypoint System just for that.

Do you think there is an issue with just processing the tournaments all in the same Beypoint System, personally ?
mmmm...the rules are the same..format are the same..but the categories of beyblades used are not the same..customization is differs...(i mean..you cant think plastics is the same as MFB)
but..personally..it can be done in the same beypoint system..it can..possible..yeah..Uncertain

but..personally (again), is there something that can be done so that the beypoints gained from plastics tourneys can be recognize in the beypoint system?
We would have to process them ?
hehe..i would like it to be processed..but thinking one thing..is it will be a burden to the committee?
but yeah..since this is WBO..not the MFBO..i think any type of beyblade tourneys should be processed and given points too... Wink

Personally, I have no issue about having plastics/hms processed in the same Beypoints System. They are still beyblades, regardless of the system. It might be best to limit the number of Plastics/HMS tournaments in a month per city though. Since not many are well versed in the old beyblades, a few that are versed in it might abuse frequent tournaments for credits, ranks and faces.
oh yeah...perhaps a special gold, silver, bronze face for plastics / HMS tourneys..
face embded with dragoon / dranzer / etc beast?(since then..it would distinguish a bit from MFB and other older format)
I know for sure that if we open a poll to ask people if they want the tournaments to be processed in the same Beypoint System, we would get a majority of "yes".

I agree we could filter the amount of plastic and HMS tournaments so that nobody abuses them, but we could also 'accuse' some people here of abusing Metal Fight Beyblade tournaments as well.

It is my opinion that no one should ever be punished for proficiency, no matter how popular the outlet, actually.

The fact that Plastics/HMS tournaments come down to fewer knowledgable people should have no impact on its processing, although I do like the idea of different faces for Plastics.

It's not like every MFB tournament hosted is full of people rocking top tier combos and perfect shots.
Yes of course, but a few bad cases do not hinder the overall achievement for mfbs right?

The approval process could be more 'selective' for plastics/hms, such as actual possession of beys for the participants, instead of 1 person lending everyone else. We can pretty much predict the outcome for the tournament in that case.

Definitely. If it was not clear enough, I am totally for processing plastic and HMS tournaments in the same Beypoint System.
mmm..plus the limited acces to plastics would be a major problem too..
i would agree that the aproval for HMS/Plastics format should be more selective..aproved for those who really can handle it since the parts are getting rare from day to day and not much own plastics/HMS..but we can add this to prevent 'low sportmanship'..
well..just a suggestion..Uncertain

HMS/Plastics are different sports apart from MFB in the same way that stock car racing is a different sport apart from Indy car racing. Yes they are all superficially the same class of things (beyblades or cars) and they all generally do the same thing (spin around in a stadium or race around a track), but they do them in different competitions and should not use the same system for points.

Yes, Mario Andretti did win a NASCAR race, but it didn't count towards his Indy cup points, and winning Formula One races should never (and don't) count toward him having a chance to hoist the Winston Cup...

In other words, I don't think HMS or Plastics should have points commingled into the current MFB beypoint system. If there is enough demand for points associated with HMS or Plastics, then they should get their own (respective) points system.
