I know that feel bro... All of the tin limited cards back from around 02-04 were stolen in 2nd grade. I even had Exodia and the God cards. It had 1st edition rares from the original starter decks too, all of em were in mint. I estimated with all of those cards, that deck now would be about 2 grand.
But some prick decided it would be best if he had it.

Honestly, I liked Exceed better, too. I was really getting used to Synchros, too.
It was never Exceed. It was always Xyz. The fans were mistranslating.
Back from Euro Qualifiers, Won 2 out of 7 games, the decks I played were really weird, one revolved around Power Tool Dragon, and I actually played against Machina for once, worth siding Cyber Dragons for. I won 2 Crow packs, 1 Extreme Victory, and 2 Turbo Pack 5, my first turbo pack. Didn't pull much, trying to get ahold of some Zepharos the Elites.

I'm still confused on the Xyz monsters. There are a whole bunch of rules surrounding them.
You could say the same for Synchros. And really, Fusions when they were first used. It's a recurring theme. It'll be much easier in a few years. (1-1 1/2 years)

Synchros don't have many rules surrounding them. It's just a tuner plus a non tuner, and their levels need to add up to the Synchro you're trying to summon. And Xyz? WTH? And you mean to tell me that it was never Exceed? There used to be a page on Yugioh Wikia called "Exceed" BTW.

Man, it so good for combos. once TG Hyper Librian comes out, i swear. Synchro spam in Fabled. And Reborn Tengu+Birdman= any level 7 synchro. Are dragunitys still big nowadays. Those dragunitys weren't so hot that were released in Hidden arsenal 4.
TGs are pretty decent on their own, if you have some cookie-cutter Synchros to use. (Me and my Universal Synchro Deck!) TGs can be annoying to Synchro though. Halberd Cannon makes it worth it, though. Otherwise, stock up on Formula Synchron, and of course, Wonder Magician.
