Anywhere I can get some reasonable pricing for cards so I don't look like an overpriced idiot on eBay? XD
Just look at what other people are selling them for on e-Bay, or make it an auction. =P

Loving lcgx. Pulled stratos, laquari, 2 thunder kings, d-hero disk commander, miracle fusion, Alternate art avian, cyber end (sadly, the non-alt art ) cyber dragon, venominaga, etc.

All from one binder? If so, wow. Youstolemyshortprintfromthebinderiboughtrawr.jpg

Is anyone going to the Cold Combat III at London? PM me and if you want to play yu gi oh with me at the tournement (I am good but my cards aren't). And you can play with a friend of mine called VoidVanitas (REALLY GOOD! PROFESSIONAL!)

2 Thunder kings in ONE binder ?!
Holy carp man; some people bought a case and only managed to get one.
But amazing pulls, aha.
PS. I can't wait for Photon Shockwave.
Missed out on the sneak but there are some really awesome cards in it (like Evolzars and RESCUE RABBIT. Heh it might be overrated though; you never know).
Nov. 08, 2011 1:22 PM
Some guy pulled rescue rabbit at his sneak peek. Tho rescue rabit decks might be bad if u end up drawing all ur normal lvl 4 monsters..
Anyways, 8 mats were givin out to 8 ppl out of over 40... i didn't get it. Some kid got it, he liked my gold series 4 mat, so i traded him

Ripping off kids is bad, mind you I can't say anything. I traded a Worm Victory SCR and a common Cunning of the Six Sam for an Ultra unl. Leviair, but I felt bad about it so next time I see him, I'll give him some stuff to make up for it.
Nov. 10, 2011 1:59 AM
I won the mat at the sneak! :3 I'm so lucky! ...Except, I pulled... not as good as lcgx... that one binder was my claim to fame. I pulled all rares in all my packs... still got the mat & tin for galaxy eyes though

Well, he said he liked my mat. So i offered him my gold series 4 mat and cash, but he said no, just the mat. It was his choice, he said he only wanted the mat, so ye

Ah, although that trade is kind of odd, person 1 wants person 2's mat for person 1's mat, person 2 offers money aswell person 1 rejects, WHY?? Unless he was trying to give you a good deal, or he was rich.

I think the competition was rigged tho. Cuz every round, they gave out 1 free mat..
So for last round, the owner gave 2 mats to to kids that were both brothers....
He then took a picture of em. The guy i was dueling was saying "why r u giving out 2"
the the owner just whispered something in his ear...
So maybe the kid traded it to me cuz of some secret maybe the owner wants good pictures lol
but the kid's exact words were this "ok, but no money" then i said "ok" we traded then i said " no tradebacks, k?" he started smiling "ok"

I would like to start also. Could anyone explain to me how to play? And what cards I should get? And just so you know, I have absolutely no knowledge in Yugioh.

Yu-Gi-Oh! in a nutshell: (Click to View)
- You and your opponent both have 40-60 card decks, not including Side and Extra (See "Other Decks").
- Both players shuffle their decks, and the other player cuts.
- Rock-paper-scissors to see who gets to pick going first or second.
- The life points of both players are set to 8000.
- Both players draw five cards from the top of the deck for their hands.
- The player who goes first (player 1) draws one (1) card from the deck.
- Player 1 may Normal Summon, Tribute Summon, or Set one monster per turn.*
- Player 1 may play as many Spells and Trap cards** as they wish.
- Player 1 may not attack on the first turn of the duel.
- Once player 1 ends their turn, player 2 may go.
- Player 2 draws.
- Player 2 may Summon or Set a monster, and may play Spells and Traps.
- Player 2 may attack. (See "Battle Phase")
- Player 2 may enter Main Phase 2 (See "Phases") or end their turn.
- Play continues in this manner until one player loses. (See "Ways to Win")
If you are playing a single duel, that is it. However, there are other rules for matches (sets of three), where Side-Decking comes in.
*You may only play one monster from your hand each turn. At least, that is the normal rule. However, some monsters have the ability to be "Special Summoned", where you fulfill specific conditions to summon that card. This does not count towards the number of monsters you have Normal Summoned. There are five slots where you may Summon monsters on the game mat.
**You may play as many Spell and Trap cards from your hand as you wish. However, before a Trap is activated, you must first set it face-down on the playing field. Some Spell cards also have that stipulation written into their effects. You may play Spells and Traps in the designated area of five slots.

- Matches are best-of-three. You may use your Side deck in between these matches.
- The Limited and Forbidden lists change quarterly (to my knowledge), so always look for cards from your deck there. It can be found here. Also see the Currently Legal Cards list for more information about promotional cards.
- Some cards have Limitation Text, which means that they give instructions on use, including "This card cannot be used in a duel."

Phases are the way in which a turn progresses.
-Draw Phase — when you draw that turn's card.
-Standby Phase — skipped unless mentioned in a card effect.
-Main Phase 1 — where most Summoning, activating Spells, and setting Traps takes place.
-Battle Phase — when you may attack your opponent's monster(s) or them directly. See rule book for more.
-Main Phase 2 — where additional setting, activating, and occasionally summoning takes place.
-End Phase —Used to declare the turn over.
Ways to Win are all the ways that you can win a duel.
-Reducing your opponent's life points to zero. This can be done by attacking directly, or through effects.
-Your opponent is unable to draw a card during the Draw Phase of their turn. This can be done through Milling your opponent's deck, stalling, or both.
-Exodia. If you get the five pieces of Exodia into your hand (Exodia the Forbidden One, Right Arm of the Forbidden One, Right Leg of the Forbidden One, Left Arm of the Forbidden One, and Left Leg of the Forbidden One), then your opponent loses automatically. There are decks built around collecting Exodia.

thanks.
i already know how to play, i just need a deck.
that is a two much for me to get right now (low on money and whatnot). so right now i can only get a couple things (like one structure deck, and a couple boosters). but thanks for the input, when i get more money i may do that

I'm also trying to get back into Yu-Gi-Oh!, and I want to know can I use the older cards from the first series or can you not use them competitively?
Thanks.
Thanks.

well, as long as its not forbidden/banned you are allowed to use them. so like pot of greed, graceful charity are banned. monster reborn, mirror force, dark hole are limited.

Especially with BLS and caliber and ryko in it
man the duelist box is AMAZING. order of chaos is also awesome since it has ninja and inzector in it That mat is awesome especially the sleeves, but i prefer the championship sleeves
the duelist packs aren't good except for the holos.. Althought the deck box and carrying case seems cool, wonder what the special constructed deck is full of, probably yuma's deck?

That set looks pretty cool, I gotta say. And I haven't played in a while. This might be what I need to get back in the game (again, hah).
Also, I hope the Extra Pack 4 comes out in English. It would make it easier to get some of the rarer cards from later 5D's sets. (Mischief of the Yokai, Infernity Barrier, XX-Saber Darksoul, etc.)
By the way, does anyone see potential use with Number 10: Illumiknight and Infernity cards? You know, three Archfiend, ditch one and a Necromancer, begin loop?
