It would be a best 2/3 game, during a game you use only one deck, however you can swtich as many times as you like in the tournament, side decking is allowed, password is optional, but easier. Advanced format. Random drawings will be done. The schedule would go for example:
Player A vs Player B -- Player C vs Player D.
Player A and Player B discuss an available time, they duel then post the result in this thread. Then player C and D play whenever and post, etcetc.
If you miss a duel, autoloss against that person. The tournament would be swiss format like an actual Locals.
Basically, the only difference between this and a locals is that this will be over the span of a week or two, and that you're allowed to switch decks when playing somebody new; this also introduces a bit of thinking, will your opponent use the same deck they used against a different player, or will they switch?

Yeah I don't know where everyone got the idea that I'm so good. In the spectrum of "pro" players I'm really pretty average.
And yeah I'm having a hard time finding a deck to play that I really like this format. Might go back to Lightsworn, since that was my main deck before and the only deck I've ever played at a YCS. Two of them, actually. (Nashville and Atlanta 2010)
Didn't do too well with my Disaster Dragon build at locals today. I got ripped to shreds by Lightsworn, Omni HEROES, and a mirror match. Totally rebuilding the Deck tonight.

Blacksworns are going to be about as good as twilight, so yeah...... they are very playable.
I'm actually considering rebuilding my Blackwings, except this time, they'll be of higher rarities.
Oh yeah, and they'll be improved a lot. I really miss the Deck, and it was the Deck that I learned a lot from (thanks Roan!).
