Because Premature Burial is far more broken.
One, it's a magic card, which means you can play it out of your hand immediately. Two, it's an EQUIP magic card, which means it's far harder to get rid of and it's also searchable. (Power Tool Dragon, etc.)
Also, to be fair, Call of the Haunted has been on and off the banlist since it came out.
Premature Burial has abusable revival effects like Call, but Call is a trap, so it's slower and requires more set up.

Ah ok I see the reasoning now, thanks for that. But yeah, I'm still ticked off that I can't use my CB's on KCVDS :\ So until I can find another deck that will work for me I won't be competing in an online tournament.
For the KCVDS how do you put your deck in? do you find a list of cards and just make it from there? Or do you have to have the codes for the cards? (Kinda like in the games)
No, in the deck constructor there's a "Search" button down in the bottom right corner. Type in the name of the card you want, hit Search and then just drag the card from the right hand column over into the deck area.
It's really simple.

There's more to dueling then making a deck.

I know how to handle mirror matches.
I'm not saying I would never lose (because it's always a possibility), but it's highly unlikely, especially if the person playing my deck isn't as experienced with it as I am.
I'm serious though Roan XD I WILL duel you tomorrow with a mirror deck if you're up for it. But I'll need your Extra Deck for it to be a real mirror match.

i actually kinda quit but i want top start again but i got no one to play against except my nephew how just grabs random cards and i can beat him with out losing any life points.its kinda hard to stay in the game with that as your competition.

I rarely use it, but I just as rarely use Mist Wurm, so I figured it was better.

Charmers as an archetype are lackluster, and as a deck would probably fail.
