They aren't. It's a lot of RFG and deck manipulation. DAD is a must. Saying from experience.
Thought not. I thought that they relied a tad too much on removing stuff from play. Namely from the Extra Deck, which could be an issue.

On DVD? Yes, well they have in the UK anyway. Also, my deck can beat Six Sams 2-0 IIRC.

People are spending alot of time talking about how broke tour guide is now, but what about hydrogeddon? You can get utopia in one turn with that thing. Also, hydrogeddon attacking, destroying the opponents monster and SSing another from the deck, attack with the other one, special another one, and attack with the last one. Overall a plus 5 in card advantage.
Has anyone noticed how alll the main characters monsters have 2500 attack and 2000 defense? Dark Magician, Elemental hero neos, stardust dragon, and number 39 utopia.

I live by my Hydrogeddons. You mentioned one major use, and I like using them to get some Big Evolution Pill fodder. (I play Dinosaurs when I'm bored.) I doubt that they'd get Semi-Limited though. Though I agree, they're going to be huge to have as long as many Xyz monsters have a Rank of 4.

They made it that way so that all the monsters won't be overpowered, and so the main characters only win by topdecking

Also, do any of you guys know when the september 1st banlist will be out? (Back in march the wikia and shriek were the first places to have it.)
Will have. Especially since my Dinosaur deck lives by the Level 3s and 4s. (Jurracs, but I don't run many of the high-leveled ones.)
So... What do you guys think is going to/should happen with the new banlist? Solemn Warning? Pot of Duality? Trishula?

I can't see Pot of Duality NOT going at least Semi-Limited. Also, what about Sangan? I mean, if the TCG keeps that dumb "Sangan activates when detached" rule, it'll become broken like hell. Semi-Limited/Limited if I have my way. Leave Warning be. Negation is still an important part of today's metagame.
Sangan is already limited. If anything, they'll ban it. With Tour Guide rising in popularity, I think it's pretty likely that will happen. Honestly though, Sangan has needed to be banned for a long time now. It's overdue.
Pot of Duality is a completely fair and balanced card. It's not broken, and I really doubt it will get limited at all.
I don't necessarily think Warning should be limited, but I think that given the general trend of cards of its nature, it will eventually end up on the limited list. Maybe not on the Sept. 2011 list, but eventually it will.
It is? Awp, totally misread that. I actually missed that when I was going through the list. Note: Doublecheck. But I agree, the thing will be broken even more, and needs to be banned, though I thought that might be too harsh.
On Duality, I actually forgot about that little "You cannot Special Summon on the turn you activate this card" part. Now that I re-read it, no, it really doesn't need to move.
Frankly, moving Warning now would be plain dumb. To me, of course. To be honest, I really don't even see why it's Semi-Limited. Besides, Evolkaiser Raiga looks like it'll be just like it, so I guess that'll be Limited too? I mean, that restricts what we can use as negation a lot. (If Bottomless Trap Hole becomes Limited, I'm going to explode.)
Evolkaiser Raiga is totally different. It costs you monsters and field presence to make and, being a monster, can be removed easily. Solemn Warning costs nothing but life points to activate and can't be gotten rid of outside of spell and trap card removal like Mystical Space Typhoon.
Ah, in that sense, okay, but I still see no point in Warning even being semi-limited.
Hopefully Konami brings out the OMG TOO MANY BROKEN TCG EXCLUSIVES banlist, and Semis Tengu, Bans Sangan, limits Tour Guide, Bans / Limits Lonefire / Dandylion, Limits / Bans Librarian, brings Kalut back to 2, bring Book back to 2, Bring Bestiari to 2, Formula to 2, Avarice to 1, Trish to 1, Super Poly to 1, Ban Trunade, Duality is fine and so is Warning. People who want brio banned are crazy, It's effect is either Neutral or a +1.
I say Ban Sangan, Limit Tour Guide, Semi Tengu and Formula, Limit Librarian and Trish, and bring Book at 2, Avarice to 2, Super Poly 2, Fusion Gate 2, Lonefire and Dandylion at 1, I can see why banning Trunade is a good idea, and Infernity Launcher back up to 2. Most of these are pretty self-explanatory. Including Launcher to 2.
Forgot about Launcher, at least Launcher + Kalut to 2 should happen if not anything else.
Tengu DEFINITELY needs to become semi-limited.
Skill Drain should be Limited.
Treeborn Frog should be Limited.
Royal Decree should be banned.
There's obviously alot more card changes but these are a few IMO should change.
Another thing I just saw this card called Inferno Tempest.....
