Umm...I think somethings happening.
Girls are maturing...they're moving away from the tools and the "cools" and going for nice, smart people.
In this week alone, 6 (NO EXAGGERATION) girls admitted to have crushes on me. You know, I was pretty sure not 1 year ago before high school started I was the weird nerd kid who everyone stayed away from. And too be honest, it kinda pisses me off to see them all of a sudden flock to me. Shouldn't they have learned to respect me earlier? Or am I just being mean and can't blame them because they're late bloomers?
A girl called me cute back in my Sophomore year, but dismissed me as weird whenever around her BF.

Actually, if you're harboring any ill feelings toward people for seeing interest in you, it's an issue of your maturity that needs to be called into question, not theirs. Moreover, the idea that you're anticipating people building interest in you is sickeningly egotistical.
All people are entitled their preferences at all stages of life, and calling theirs into question at any point doesn't speak well of your character.
Just be happy you're getting attention, and don't schmuck it up.
Hm, yeah you're absolutely right. I let my ego get in the way because I've never had this kind of attention before, and as Chrona would say "I just don't know how to deal with that!". I'm sorry :3

I know, last time I posted here, I only liked one girl, but this is a different girl. The girl I like actually a friend of mine, and I noticed that she reads more than most people around our age, so, for some reason, I Googled her. It gave me a Facebook page, some other site, and then, a site called "Figment". I clicked on that one, and it's a writing website! And she isn't half bad, either! Then, I went back to the Google page, and clicked on a link to our local newspaper's site. It had an article about how neighbors were helping neighbors after the tornadoes hit NC, and at the bottom of the article, it talked about how she helped clean up our Social Studies teacher's house, which was torn apart. She's undoubtedly the nicest person I know, she's hilarious, she likes reading and writing, and loves dogs and horses. I know I'm probably wrong, but I think I'm in love!

It's just that, I have absolutely no clue what to do! I don't have accounts on those new-fangled social networks, and if I had friends who could help, do you think I'd be asking for help on a forum for spinning tops? And I know somebody's about to say that it's just hormones, but I feel like I truly love her. I don't think puberty's caught up with me yet, so I don't think I'm as affected by hormones quite yet...
But wouldn't trying to find one belong in this thread as well? What about saying you don't know how to get one-that isn't about boyfriends or girlfriends?
Just avoid asking things that have already been covered. The problem is how repetitive the answers are-it's the same thing for every thing, so just make sure you search the thread for your answer before you post. I'd say it's the americans, we're all so lazy

You're all too young. The answer should just really end at "wait until you're older". If you need advice, just reference the previous pages.
The thing with your suggestion is that not much advice has been given. It's mainly people just making comments about their BF/GF, and the occasional advice-seeker being shot down. Therefore, there isn't much to draw stuff from.

I am engaged to be married. However, I mostly post here to give advice to the people that come seeking it. While I am aware it's not proper form... it's kind of like seeing a smoking car on the side of the road. You're compelled to pull over and help. However, you are also fully aware of my feelings on this thread. I still think it should be closed.

You need to read a little better. There have been several users giving advice, myself included, for quite a while. Experienced adults, in a couple of cases(mine included), no less.
Well, after 2 days, I just broke up with me girlfriend. This one was my decision, though. I just couldn't seem to think of her as more than just a friend, so I ended it.
Aww Bey-Heart...well this teaches you something, hopefully. Dating when you're young is a learning experience, and the lesson here is make sure you know what you're getting in to, and think (Even if you did) before you act.

Wow, I can't imagine breaking up with a girlfriend (Even though, odds are, that I'll never get one). Did she get mad, cry, or was she fine with it? I hope she doesn't go all psycho on you; it would be kind of hard finding someone to replace you.
Uh, we kind of broke up through text. I would have told her in person, but she was at soccer practice, and I didn't feel like waiting until Monday, so i don't know. But as far as I know, she's fine with it. She dates lots of guys, and usually breaks up with them after about a week, so she's most likely fine.
Now, with my dumb luck, I'm probably gonna have a crush on another girl in about a week or so... Probably. Why? I don't know, I just have crappy luck like that. XP
He said they'd been friends for a while, so I doubt anything like that would happen at all. If anything, I truly hope you two can stay friends after that. I wish nothing but the best.

You'll end up with a crush on someone else because you're a teenager and hormones are quite thorough in their conquest.

Stop being narrowminded. First off, you're so young it's impossible for you to even take a guess at what your love life will entail, but I can assure you that you will, at some point or another, have a relationship. Second off, stereotyping breakups is pretty childish.

I know of five or six relationships, in my math class alone, where the people have nothing in common AT ALL. Most of 'em are in Student Council, which is just a popularity committee at my school. And as to you saying that I will have a relationship eventually, I'm really not sure. I don't have the courage to ask a girl out, and I don't think I ever will. I guess I just have Askthegirlyoulikeoutophobia, and, along with arachnaphobia, it won't be goin' away for a while.

If the age in your profile is correct, you're far too young to even consider any of this stuff - you're not even done with puberty, and haven't started the serious changes that you will undergo in your teenage years.
Really, I'm not sure what an eleven year old is doing in this thread at all. Then again, it's not MUCH worse than twelve or thirteen.
HC couldnt be more romantic for me.. I finally danced with her while the DJ played
the last song of the HC dance. Bre felt, sad and depressed because she didn't have a date so... I man up and offered her my dance and she was like okay. Before I left, she wanted a hug. Couldn't be more happier now
