well we would still se eachother. i could try and get into that highschool. yes im young. but im not to young and i know what a relationship is.
Oh, man do I wish I had a dollar for every time I've heard THAT one. Anyway, best of luck to ya, and if things go sour, I feel bad for you. (And will resist a session of "Told ya so!", having experienced the same thing just two years ago.)
how old are you anyway? well if i do something and things go bad you will have a 45 min session of i told ya so well i cry in my room Smile you dont have to hold back
im searching this thread for advice because, well,um, the other gender confuses me and screws with my focus and i dont know what's the exact purpose of a girl friend, is it a satisfying form of pathological guidence between two beings or self esteem multi-pleasuement?[this is an example of how girls screw withmy spatial focus]
Like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there! Well guess what..you get me today! Let's see what you problem is :p

Well that's a girl being a girl :p I've had girls do the same to me, only for me to go and ask them out and get the big "REJECTED" stamp across my forehead XD Don't think that just because she does those things, she likes you. It's how some girls act. They're either naturally friendly, or "flirty but don't want to get with you." One year left before different high schools? It's called digits, bro. Here's a life tip: if you're feeling it, go for it. You don't want to keep things simple; you like her; you guys are friends. Ask her out! Ask her to be your girlfriend! Worried about losing the friendship if it doesn't work out? Don't be. If you guys break up, just say let's stick as friends. You can't keep torturing yourself with the thoughts of "I want to be with her but don't want to lose the friendship if it doesn't work out." Then you'll never get a girl, and I'm sure you don't want that now do you? So basically my advice to you is: GO FOR IT. You know what? Go now. Once you read this. GET OFFLINE and GO NOW. Run for your girl. Don't stop running. And once you get there, sweep her up in your arms and run into the sunset. Lol..maybe you won't do that last part, but seriously, go for your girl man. Don't let her slip away, whether it be that she loses interest or falls for another man. Which is why I say...PAY ME NOW!

The only logical way to answer that is...where have you been all your life? Locked away in a closet? The "other gender" usually does that. Purpose of a girlfriend? For God's sake, for a lot of things man! (Note: I really really want to make a comment but I don't think it's appropriate XD) For love. For someone to talk and listen to. For you not to be alone. And the list goes on.

Going into 10th Grade. Let me be straight with you for a second. If you think that you may be in the same high school, go for it. Otherwise, stay friends. Why? Facebook. You can still communicate as a "couple", but I guess you already know that it won't be the same. You can try, and by all means if you want to try, go for it! Again, you're going to need at least two years with her to learn what a relationship is/what it means, so think about that. (From my perspective. I don't date because someone is flirty or is my friend. Hell, if I did, I'd have a crapload of dates instead of a long line of rejections, seeing as how the girls in my class flirt with EVERYONE. If you want to go out with a girl, think if you may be too much alike. You don't want to place yourself around a clone of you, it'll get annoying. Also keep in mind if her hints are too obvious. Common pitfall, one I've fallen head-first in repeatedly. She seems like the right fit for you, though from what I've read.) Hah, the only reason I myself am considering dating at the moment is that the girl I talk to can relate a lot to me, while we're not complete clones, plus she's had my back since 6th Grade, and four years later, I spend nearly all of my time at school with her. Try for the same. If you can't realistically see a relationship lasting more than a year, it's in the air, much like a coin. (Worth the possible separation? No? Yes?) Otherwise, go for it, and learn as you go. If it's not right for YOU, bail. If it is, congrats. Hah, getting shot down hurts a bit though, (Coming from someone who was shot down REPEATEDLY at Homecoming, and still ended up with the same girl I normally end up finding my way to with my tail in between my legs.) but it fades. All I can say is, your gut's a liar, go with what you know you feel, not what you THINK you feel. You'll find out what I mean soon. Meh, If I wasn't so prone to getting denied, rejected, shot down in flames, or just plain humiliated, this would be good advice for me to take, but I went with who I thought I liked in 7th and 8th grade, not the girl I knew I liked. Luckily, that did drop me right in front of a girl I can see myself actually being with. (Helps that she doesn't mind my lack of religion, unlike almost every other girl in my school.) Not everyone's that lucky, I guess, so I have chance to thank for that. Relationships are only as complicated as you make them.
were not complete clones but we can relate with a lot of stuff. i met her 4 years ago and probably has been the person ive talked to the most since i met her. END OF LINE... idk im bored and tired
like u said. we always have eachothers backs and i do spend most of my time at school with her.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention he was in the closet. That's the whole reason I feel bad about this.
Don't write it off until you know how he feels about what happened. I find I tend to ruin a lot of relationships by doing that, even if there was no problem (I won't go into my psyche right now, ahah). If you're lucky, his parents will be open to the idea and accept it, even if it's a bit of a shock at first. Even if they don't, you two may still work out, I mean, he's hardly going to "go straight" because his parents won't accept him for who he is. All I can say is that you should try and support him through this, as right now, I'm sure the last thing he needs is loneliness (even if he doesn't realise that at first).
so the opposite gender is made to screw with your academic focus and potential just for the principle

There's no closing Pandora's box once it's opened. Leaving you or staying with you will not change the carpstorm that will ensue. It's probably best to go a little bit slower, but you should try your best to make it work. Try getting him to come out of the closet.

What works sometimes is if families just implement a "don't ask, don't tell" policy about relationships - gay or straight. It's a matter of "be safe, I don't want to get involved."

I mean, I grew up in a household where my father and I complain about how women clean out our wallets and complain far too much and my mother tried to do the whole Greek thing with setting me up with someone when she saw I was unmotivated to do so, which means I'm pretty lost in the whole "in the closet" scenario.

Just be brave - for your man and for yourself. How you support him now will show him how much he means to you. If you really care about him, you're going to do whatever it takes to be there for him in a way that benefits you both emotionally.
I think my sig was too big and my post was erased ,-.-, but the reason i say the oppisite gender screws with my mind is because first they will act really flirty then they will just, go, and be oppisite and non-flirty when i return the favor, and it really screws with my head, i dont think i should ignore them because that would be rude, plus if i do ignore them they'll keep talking to me wondering why I'm ignoring them, UGH! I just cant win. But im pretty sure I'm not a participant/or at least not on purpose.
It's funny. For some reason even though I'm a complete nerd, lately every girl I've run into has been 'hitting' on me. There are a few that have just talked to me, but the others have been flirting with me. I can't complain about it, but I feel awkward because the girl I slow danced with at the dance last year really likes me. We've known each other for years and lately for some reason I keep seeing her at the movie theater. I think I'm going to ask and see of she wants to watch one with me XD.

why cant i be you, i'm a nerd, except girls AVOID ME! i envy every nerd like you nowPinching_eyes
If girls are purposefully avoiding you, then you're probably doing something wrong. :\

Judging from your signature, I'm kinda thinking you need to relax a bit, because if there's one way to stay single for ages and then only have unhappy relationships, it's to be desperate.

one, my sig is a joke and two, well if you know me from anywhere else on the WBO or youtube, you know im crazy. dont take everything i say as the truth. this is how i am, and right now i could care less about a relationship. i just post for the heck of it. i dont look for atention or fame or anything like that. i just do what i do. thanks for reading. and sorry for the off topic rant
I'm a wackjobish, wahoo-like, crazy, beastish, enraged, animal, rabie-full, unrealistic, insane, son-of-a-nutcase. But hey, at least I can accept who I am. If you can accept yourself and respect yourself, then people will want to be around you. If you ask why you're hated and stuff then people will avoid you. Plain and simple.

i doTired . people hate me for being who i am though. funny, isn't it:\
It's not exactly a joke, and to a psych student, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

If people hate you for who you are, there's usually a fair enough reason. I know they say "don't change who you are for others", but do remember to change who you are for yourself. I personally wish I'd learnt the difference much sooner.

Like not taking a shower?

At my school, girls are friendly and nice, but that's just the way they are. They give people hugs all the time (like me ^^), doesn't mean they like you more then just a friend. They're just nice.
i think a lot of people are idiots when they think that someone likes them when they hug them. Whenever i see old freinds they give mhugs and i give them hugs. dosn't mean i like em. dosnt mean they like me
i am actually moving this summer so i think i might also have better chance at getting a grilfreind because there will be more of a jewish population and i sometimes got jewish stereotypes. also because it's a new start. wish me luck
i asked her out the the movies... she said ya! were going to see harry potter ( she loves harry potter) now i gotta make some money for tickets and snacks! Smile

awesome. good luck on your date man.
oh ya has anybody noticed that when somebody new comes we always have the gay/lesbian talk. no offense to deikailo. im just saying if people read the posts before coming to talk on this thread it would take up less space and not need as much explianing. not saying it shouldn't be talked about its just that if i don't talk on here for a little while to catch up i read some of the stuff i miss. and almost all of it is this conversation. who agrees with me.
