Doesn't Matter (Who's the only person anywhere near me that knows I like her) walks up and starts talking about, wait for it, Beyblade. The girl just walked away. Later, DM told me he saved me from being rejected.
If he reads this, he should have just let it happen, I mean, you get used to being rejected after a few times anyway.
He could theoretically have saved you from social embarrassment, if she's the gossipy "like, oh my gawd" type, but you probably shouldn't be asking them out anyway.

Depending whether or not she was going to reject you, he could have saved you, or he could have doomed you. Just get her alone (if you can) and ask her. Make sure the conversation before that is somewhat interesting though

Thanks. I'm just worried about the Beyblade thing. Nobody at my school/camp know about that. Luckily, I'm not that popular, so there's no reason for the "like, oh my gawds" to text about it.

If she asks about it, just say its a hobby. Remember, if she can't accept who you are, seriously, its not worth the trouble. Even if she does say yes, it will be a stressful relationship that will end quickly
How old are you and him?
Don't get too wrapped up in his relationship with her. If it's really good, you don't want to mess that up between them. If its a bad relationship, it'll end inevitably. It just requires patience. And don't stress over it, at our age, we have more important things to do then worry about girls
