Yes. Only God Valtryek is allowed.
Well, technically that not true. The reason just "Valtryek V3" was listed is being Genesis Valtryek V3 and Strike Valtryek V3 are pretty much the same thing, with the centrepiece being a minor cosmetic change but the Bound Layer being identical. But I suppose that's something worth clarifying really.
The bottom line is that Strike God Valkyrie isn't permitted really, which should give Victory Valkyrie the opportunity to shine and distinguish itself.

- Is there any particular reason only X' and Hn' are permitted among the Dash Drivers? Why not the others? Even Ds' doesn't seem concerning if there isn't any good left spin Layers.
- Can you explain the reasoning for 1 Point Burst and 2 Point KO from your perspective?
- I agree with Wombat that there is probably some Core Disks like 11 and 13 which could be unbanned.
- Anyone playing in experimental unranked events for this format: make sure that in evaluating how the event went afterwards that you look at the bigger picture. Especially for the first few events, the results will probably bit a bit all over the map as everyone tries to figure out what works best.
I'd say the Dash Driver situation is debatable. The majority of the team working on this ruleset were against this due to concerns that it'd prevent Bursting a little too much in this format, but I think we'd be open to debating it after some testing.
2 Point KO is something we've questioned recently. I think in an ideal world, we should start this at 1 point and increase it to 2 points if needed after we've had some data from tournaments to work with, but the same could technically be said about the reverse. This was a very debatable point in our planning for sure.
I still hold firm on Core Disks; the idea is to outright prevent Frames from being usable in this Format, and I don't necessarily see the need to unban these specific Disks to cater to that. Given that this is "Classic" as opposed to "Limited", I don't think it'd hurt to actually let our standard Alphabetical Disks have a chance to shine within this format and get some use.
Completely echo the last point; literally any and all feedback will be extremely useful for any experimental events, even during the preliminary rounds of these events! We'll take the feedback very seriously, and it'll help with decision making far more than people may think it will!

Always.
