If you ask me, MGF would probs dominate the meta game besides attack (because of the grip unfortunately) but other than that, it wou,d dominate.
RCF, no... just... no lol. It would just fall over and stop spinning unless the circle is actually plastic, plus, the RF part wouldnt help because it would lose a lot of stamina which is what CF is used for, hate to burst your bubble
