WBO Random Thoughts

So I can't vote in the new rule proposal poll, even though it says that non-Advanced members can vote... Chocked_2
Damn you member of a group newer than the Advanced Forum.
It won't allow me to vote, either. Tongue_out
Anyone notice how the ": serious :" emoticons lips and eyes are white now? They used to be black, I wonder if it just automatically changed or the committee changed it =P
It's still black for me, perhaps something wrong with the cached version on your computer or the like?
It shows as black on the emoticon list, but in posts it shows as white.
Aaaand my rank has been updated! Still kind of depressing, but hey... At least I'm 7 wins away from that red 50 wins face.

Serious Must be a glitch

EDIT: Nope, works fine for me. Try what th!nk suggested
Weird, it now works fine... It was white for 1-2 days though.
I'm honestly thinking people don't want to talk to me...

Every time I PM someone I never get a reply. I must be that boring, yikes!

I replied ...
I didn't mean you, hah. TBH, just you and one other have replied like out of 10.

I was happy when you replied. At least I know someone was talking, hah. I thought everyone had zip's on there keyboards.

Also you was they only one to reply to my post, haha.
I answer all of your PMs dude! I hope this wasn't toward me Gasp.
No, not at all, hah. We had a good chat and it finished good. It was really people who I thought would reply. I do understand people are busy and all, but it just feels nice to know they're OK and all.

Tri you are in the clear! Congratz dude!
I don't reply to all my PMs nowadays. I prefer not to reply to people that I am extremely cautious about offending, since you threatened to Smithicide twice if I didn't take you off of my ignore list...
I don't really get offended by anything. Most of the time I use [Image: emot-smithicide.gif] is when I'm joking. Jeez! No more of those from now on, hah.
Sure didn't sound like it :\. Plus, when I put you on my ignore list you put in your bio that I made you leave etc...

Who exactly are you talking about except me?
When is there going to be an bey event near memphisUnhappy

It only takes one person to take the initiative of hosting a tournament in Memphis and eight people at least to gather there for a tournament to happen. This has not occured yet though.
Why does everybody call me Dragon King ? Seriously guys, caps lock.
Because talking normally then suddenly shouting someone's name sounds dumb. Also capslock is the worst key outside of programs that don't allow you to disable overtype via insert key (so basically everything but skype for me).
It doesn't look like someone is shouting when they use caps in a name to me...

Annnnnnnnnnd no idea what your saying about caps lock.
All caps is generally understood to imply shouting in written text.

Most people tend to just use Shift rather than capslock, and capslock is positioned right next to one of the most commonly used keys (A), so it is hit accidentally quite often, and for something that produces fIRLY BAD EFFECTS when that happens that probably shouldn't be the case - basically I'm a member of the "why is this stupid key so big and in such an obnoxious place who decided to do this and why are we still doing this" crowd. I can't really disable it or set it to something else because of various games I play, so I'm stuck with it, hence ranting at the slightest provocation.
I mainly refer to you as Dragon King for Th!nk's first reason- I'd be talking normally in a post and then "yell" your name.

It just looks and sounds odd in the middle of a post.
I remember DRAGON KING posting something similar to what I'm about to say a couple pages back. I read it, and loved reading it. So I thought I'd do it too.

Anyways, I'll be posting my experience and my thankfulness, being active on this forum :

Ah, I remember my first post. I wasn't familiar with the forum, even the slightest bit. It definitely was one of the weirder posts I've made. And of course, I capitalized every word I say. I also came in to this organization knowing that I was the best. On my first event, I didn't do too well, and I still don't do too much better, even reading up on the forums haha.

Moving on ...

As of now, I became lots more experienced with the meta and the rest of the threads on this forum. In a way, I feel like I actually met friends, being active. I feel like I'm welcome in this wonderful community, even though I can come across being irrelevant at times. But hey, at least I contribute to something, hah. Anyways, being active on this website, changed my childhood, and also gives me something to look back to in the future.

Thank you all for being so kind! Smile
