Originally, I was planning on forming a team with some combination of Angry Face, myself, Cake, and The Supreme One, but unfortunately it looks like out of the four of us only Cake and I will be able to attend. (Maybe next year?)If you need an extra teammate I'm available hah.
With that being said, we're now looking for a third team member if anyone is interested, haha.

ABOUT BEYBLADE NORTH
Beyblade North 2017 brings a full weekend’s worth of giveaways and high-speed battles, with new activities every single day at Anime North from May 26 – 28! Compete in up to 4 tournaments or play free battles just for fun. Even if you’re new to the game, our expert bladers will give you hands-on training and equipment to battle with.
To play in our events, you will need to purchase a single day or weekend pass for Anime North, which also grants you access to the rest of the convention. Purchase tickets here before they sell out! Weekend passes in particular routinely sell out before the convention.
FRIDAY, MAY 26: BURST TEAM FORMAT
Friday — 6 to 9 PM
- Burst Format Team Tournament: 6:00PM Registration, 6:30PM Start ☆
This event will be played using Beyblade Burst with our special Team Format. Team Format is an exciting co-operative variant of our regular format where players form teams of three and battle against each other in “Team Matches”. Each player on each team plays one regular best 3 of 5 set against one opposing team member during the Team Match and the winner is ultimately determined by whichever team accumulates more individual round wins after all three sets have been completed. This means that there are nine total points up for grabs in any Team Match.
You can find out more about Team Format in the Organizers’ Guide under “Team Format (12+ Players)”.
DON'T HAVE A TEAM?
If anyone does not have a team before the event, we will do our best to put you on a team with other players attending who also do not have a team!
MAY 27-28: ADDITIONAL EVENTS
Our booth will be open for the majority of convention hours across all three days. We'll be running at least one tournament on each day, with the remainder of time dedicated to free play, side events, and training for new and intermediate Bladers.
Saturday — 10:30 AM to 6 PM Sunday — 10 AM to 3 PM
- Metal Fight/Fusion Limited Tournament: 10:00AM Registration, 10:30 AM Start
- Burst Club Format Tournaments: 11:00AM Registration, 11:30 AM Start
LOCATION: TORONTO CONGRESS CENTRE - HALL B
All BEYBLADE NORTH 2017 events will be hosted in our space at the back of Hall B in the Toronto Congress Centre. Please see the highlighted areas on the maps below:

GIVEAWAYS – BEYRAFFLE & INSTAGRAM CONTEST (DETAILS COMING SOON)

Thanks so much to Hasbro for these prizes they've donated for Beyblade North 2017! Come compete with us for your chance to win prizes not only by placing in tournaments, but by entering contests and random giveaways all weekend (throughout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at all of our events during Anime North), too!
Can't attend Beyblade North? No sweat! We'll be distributing prizes to visiting tournament organizers who can attend, so the Beyblades can be won at tournaments back home.
SIDE NOTES
No Bey? No prob!: Don't have any Beyblades? No problem! We would be happy to lend a Beyblade and launcher to you to use at each of your matches!
Please be aware of your belongings: We'd advise users to please, please look after your stuff. While yes this is a Beyblade tournament and we're not suggesting that any of us would attempt to take each other's stuff it is still happening at a public venue where other people (who may not be so friendly) are going to be present as well. Of course, if you see a personal belonging lying around bring it up any of the judges so we can return it to the right person. Your co-operation is appreciated!
All players must arrive on-time: If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, you risk being excluded from the tournament. The software we use to run our events–Challonge–does not allow us to add in extra participants once the tournament has started.
If you know in advance that you will be late, please post in this thread or contact someone at the event and depending on the circumstances we can perhaps still include you if we know you will arrive soon.
All questions for this tournament may be asked in this thread!

Ah, that sucks! If there's any tournaments you don't want to miss all year ... it would be these ones.
I'll be selling a Trident Heavy Claw, Minoboros Oval Quake and an Evileye Wing Needle at the convention next weekend. All have been used fairly lightly (and quite frankly in not over a year, haha). An ideal price point for me to sell these at would be anywhere between $35 and $50 CAD per Beyblade, but I'd be willing to go a little under.
(i need anime girl figures + food please purchase™)
I will be a team with Common Pickle. We do not have a third member.
Me and Ardmore Bladers where planning to attend all 3 tournaments but we can not attend this tournament on the 26th see you all on the 27th
Hey guys! Will be selling parts for Limited Format if anybody is interested.
Please check the Google Doc if you see anything you like, and PM me if interested!

Anybody attending this event who has a TAKARA-TOMY Burst Standard Type Stadium, please bring it if you can! The more we have, the better.
After a ludicrously early start, we're on the way to Canada! See you all at the tournament!
In need of a team XD scotto, if you would be so kind as to bring me a left light launcher please! Also I can bring my Stadium.
So I'm here hah.
Hello, waiting in line to get my pass. See you all tonight!
Wow, I can feel you guys' blader spirit burning even here! It's so hot, I'm melting beyhaha. Good luck WBO BeyWariors!!
I'll be there right after 6. Working dealers room til 559
I lost a bunch of time due to an accident blocking the border crossing, I'll arrive at the convention center at about 5:40. Hopefully I can get in reasonably quickly...
Tonight was so much fun!
The most hectic Friday at Anime North in recent memory for sure so I apologize if I seemed stressed or rushed sometimes tonight haha. But I had a great time and was especially surprised and happy to see that so many UK Bladers made the trip! Very cool to see how three different communities from around the world can mesh so quickly. I can't wait to see you all again tomorrow! :)
