Please come prepared. It is helpful for both hosts and judges if all participants bring at least one Takara Tomy or Hasbro-manufactured Beyblade of their own and more than one launcher when possible. Additionally, parents of children under the age of 13 must be present for the duration of the event, as tournament end times can be difficult to estimate, and we would hate for someone to be left behind once it is over.
Be aware of your belongings. We'd advise users to please, please look after your stuff. While yes this is a Beyblade tournament and we're not suggesting that any of us would attempt to take each other's stuff it is still happening at a public venue where other people (who may not be so friendly) are going to be present as well. Of course, if you see a personal belonging lying around bring it up any of the judges so we can return it to the right person. Your co-operation is appreciated!
All players must arrive on-time. The tournament will begin no later than 12:00 PM and is expected to run for about 3 hours, though if there is a large turnout it may take longer. Please plan accordingly. If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, you risk being excluded from the tournament. The software we use to run our events–Challonge–does not allow us to add in extra participants once the tournament has started.
If you know in advance that you will be late, please post in this thread or contact someone at the event and depending on the circumstances we can perhaps still include you if we know you will arrive soon.
Any extra stadiums are appreciated there will be a MFB limited tournament after if you have any questions DM me or post in this thread.

Not 100% sure if I can go but I think so.
I will take donations for the prizes but it isn’t really necessary and there will be prizes for both tournaments 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th
I will probably do it as a prize pool and the 1st place gets first pick and so on

Well, you can tell from everyone else's posts that no one really liked what you said here!
If it was intended as a joke, you need to mark it as such better in the future, as it was not conveyed all that well. Also, it wasn't funny.
If it was meant seriously, congratulations: you and your activities will be watched. I am going to PM you the details of WBO's photography policy, why you should not do this, and what will happen to you if you do this. Look forward to it in your PM box!
Now, everyone else, please get back on topic; the tournament.
My parents are scared of corona now, so my chances of going to any tournaments, cubing, or beyblade are lower than usual. Most of the time I just register, just in case I can go, but if I can’t I will unregister.

I'm sorry your parents feel that way. Their concerns are based on fear rather than facts. You probably have nothing to worry about.
This event isn't capped, so no penalties if you no-show.
The 14th is AFTER Daylight Savings Time begins, so maaaaaybe we'll have time to get both tournaments done. If we get to 64 people though, I assume we're going to hit Double Elimination territory?

Hyper xeno your call, but I would highly recommend that we cap at 64 to avoid Double Elimination. We should have time to get through both tournaments regardless given the early start!
I will do a cap at 54 and I will hold some extra spots but I think we will be fine
Oof I can't go, the 14th its my first day of spring break, so ill be out of state.
