They are both great Defense types. But E230 can outspin Stamina.

A good Anti-attack custom would be Diablo Kerbecs BD145RF/R2F/RDF in my opinion.

Attack: Rock ___ 105RF. I'm actually not sure how good this will do but rock is the best he has for attack.

Defense: Rock Bull 145WB. It's the best he has. WB used to have use for defense I believe as well as Rock.

Stamina: Earth Eagle 145D/WD.

Really depends on what it is being used on, but I would say JSB due to it having better balance than what SB would.

But they are heavily outclassed. The only useful parts from there today are Bull, Capricorn, WD, 145, WB,RF, and D.

WD shouldn't be used for Defense, he should use WB instead.
Alternatively he could use Rock Capricorn/Bull 145RF as a Smash Attacker.

No, Flash on D wouldn't be very good Tongue_out. although, with the parts you listed you could make Flash ___ CH120/D125 RF/R2F which is an amazing attack combo!

Try XF for speed and attack, HF for stamina, or F for controllability.
