April introduces new Beyblade Burst system-Dual Layers!

I liked this way of abreviation, if we have another "V" for Valkyrie in the future it'll be just V3, V4 and so on... It resembles me the plastic Beys. Also loved the heart shaped Storm Spriggan abreviation, S2 LOL

Thannks for the image Kai-V! Grin
I mean, it certainly makes sense to do it that way. If we had sequels to Valkyrie while using VV, they'd more than likely still stick to using the same first letter, so VV2 would've inevitably happened.
No VVVVVVV.
Let me know when we're at Vindictive Valuable Vicious Vain Victory Valkyrie then Wink

Might as well add 'Very' while we're at it.

You're missing Volcanic and Venusean.
I like it that they decided to call it V2 instead of VV. That reminds me of R2F and the plastic gen.
Because nobody understands that it's actually R²F and Dragoon V2 still only stood for victory. Sigh.

Everyone understands that it's R²F, dude. People write R2F for the same reason they write Assault instead of αssault — it's a stylistic decision and it's a pain to type it. (Also, Hasbro refers to it as "R2F" so both are correct.)

Also, everyone knows that the V in Dragoon V2 stands for Victory. What are you talking about?
I think he's referring to the fact that V2 works for Victory Valkyrie because we're using two words beginning with V, while it doesn't work for Dragoon V2 because it was just "Victory".

The point that needs to be understood here; the number absolutely isn't representative of how many words beginning with that letter are including. While we've all joked about VVVVVVV above, we're still only going to move onto another Valkyrie layer later on and, regardless of whether it uses the "V_______ Valkyrie" format, it'll probably still be called V3. The number is representative of the version of that Layer, not the number of words in the Layer's name.
I get it. I just don't denigrating others for their lack of "understanding" or getting huffy about it. These are such tiny, inconsequential details.
New packaging is back to box-style:

It looks OK in my opinion except the top, it looks so bland...
Hey,
To Be Honest this time the packaging is just I can say 'Not Bad' but yes Normal Burst Had a great Packaging Design !!
What did they change packaging ? Because to cut the Packaging Costs ? Or There is some other reason too ?
The Booster Kerbeus And Ragnaruk are looking like the way Random Booster Looks.

why is the top so long?
really nice that it's back to boxes, i really missed them.
hopefully the designs will improve over the generations.
It's definitely just "ok." It really looks like a bad fake, but it isn't haha.

Guess that's what happens when you're used to one style of packaging and then exposed to another.

Probably to fill up shelf space. If TAKARA-TOMY can have x amount of shelf space in stores, there is no use in occupying only three quarters of it, because that would leave space for other products.

OR, they still keep the winders straightened and needed that long back board again to insert the winder diagonally.
Yes i am so happy we are back to box style! I really dislike the transparent looks for the boxes... such a pain to open, and it's a pain for collectors like me to keep the boxes, ugh... so happy.
They look like random boosters, which isn't good or bad, actually I don't really care how they package it, long as there's Beyblades in it
I like the boxes like these for some reason, where it's more of a surprise of what the actual thing looks like. I like the graphic on the boxes and the size is cute.
The new boxes look just ok to me, and remind me of counterfeits as Shira had mentioned.

But hey, I will probably just accept it anyways Tongue_out All I need is my Beyblade and QR code.
I like that you can now store them better because I want to keep my boxes because I'm a collector. The old ones looked nicer but they were not that practical.
Yeah, the lack of any visual interest aside from the logo on the top portion is very strange. But I definitely prefer boxes over blister packs so I'm happy.
I think the old packaging looked better but I way prefer boxes.

Aww...getting a little nostalgic now; I really missed those boxes.
A little surprising that they chose to return to the old packaging style though...perhaps for familiarity's sake?
I dig how they show the owner of the Bey on the boxes. Glad they started doing that again.
