For tournaments? If yes, then no, WBO does not allow Custom Art for tournaments.
But you can do it for fun for sure! But you just cannot use those Custom Beyblades in tournaments after that..

That's an understatement. Literally nothing else can beat a Spriggan Requiem combo except another Spriggan Requiem combo and the same goes for Maximum Garuda and Garuda G3 combos. So tournaments just ended up being "Spriggan Requiem vs. Spriggan Requiem" all day long
Why is the national tournament allowed to fight Spriggan Requiem?

The world tournament is a Hasbro endorsed tournament. So Hasbro products only (Hasbro has not released their own Legend Spriggan yet)

Hasbro doesn't allow TT beys, and Hasbro doesn't have Spriggan Requiem just yet. Just Takara-Tomy, so it's already not allowed.
Also, Hasbro does whatever it wants. The WBO is a separate fan-run entity who has no control over what Hasbro does and vice-versa. The WBO actively tries to keep the tournaments fun for players, based on the information gathered and the facts that show.
I really want to know how to know your password if u are logged in from one device. I have forgotten my wbo passwaord i am logged in from my smartphone but i wanna sign in from my pc so i can make lists or stuff so yea can someone help me

I have a very weird question, I was seeing the Who's Online list today and I could see members name in black and blue. While other members are orange, why are there user names in blue and black?

As of now name change is unavailable. Because, after you change your name it will cause several issues on the site including the beypoint system being displayed. Also it will reset your prodilp as well.
We just gotta wait for a fix from the website developer. o7

I'm going to fix 4 things.
Black is actually unverified members.
Gray is banned/suspended.
Darker sky blue is moderator.
Sky blue is contributor.
We can change usernames on a manual basis but, as Yami says, it's a nightmare on our backend because of how the Beypoint system was designed all those years ago. It sucks, but it's how it is and how it's always been.
Right now, we change usernames if we're PM'd about it, but we're less inclined to allow it going forward as a result of this issue and people also having an identity crisis sometimes, haha.
