This is not complicated at all. SSJFisherman's explanation was very easy, and someone even asked almost the same question and got another answer right above your question, so you should really be able to figure it out on your own at this point.

Beywiki articles don't just appear.
People write them. It takes a lot of time.
You can go in the beywiki project forum and look at drafts though

Hey, just curious: If you buy a bladers passport and get the face, do you loose the face if you do not get a bladers passport next year?

You get a face booster by donating $10. This is after getting the passport.

Pretty much. I think there's other ways to get them. I'm probably wrong then.

Oh and Quest for Quetz

You'll get a Face Booster Black if you donate $10 or more.

Other faces are obtained by other methods.
For example, the Rose Gold Face is awarded to members who can show that they own 50 or more Beys in a photo or video.

Just check the respective Face Collection page for 'hints' on how to obtain some of the other faces.
